Yeah they look right bud and yeah they will dig in – personally unless you’re a competition power lifter then you don’t really need those. Single or Double ply knee sleeves will do just fine and provide epic knee support. Thats all I’ve ever used. Urban Lifters ones are very good

Also what will the halo bring to that cycle, if you don’t mind me asking? Cheers

What’s up reece!! Ok so Halo is known for its hardening properties to bring about that granite muscle look along with being amazing for strength – often power lifters will use it near a comp to help them lift more. So as a bodybuilder in a deep deficit it’s amazing to keep you lifting heavy and smashing the logbook as well as making you look solid. However it’s very toxic and should only ever be ran for a small number of weeks max and only for the latter stages of comp prep. No other time and deffo not for anyone not competing.

(Will post the leg rotations below bud)

That will all be water mate not ‘real’ weight so I wouldn’t worry – when you get leaner you will see less fluctuation

Much needed rest day today. Monday’s are quiet on the PT front too so I got my cardio done early then had a decent time to chill and had an afternoon nap too. The. Hit some posing this afternoon at the studio. Feeling really confident with my mandatories now at 2 weeks out. And my routine is looking good too.

All in all a great day and feeling refreshed for legs tomorrow. Buzzing to compete now guys

Are you weighing at the same times in the day. Fasted? Using the same scales? Everything needs to be exactly the same.

Also note what time you last ate before bed as if you ate late this could affect your morning readings

I know that sounds simple but you wouldn’t believe the amount of people that don’t take these things Into account

If you’re battered then listen to your body and rest bud – hopefully it’s a one off but if not your split will need reassessing

Hey Joe, really enjoyed the video today my man! Nice to know being resilient pays off haha. Also do you need that amount of adex at at that level of test? Like in an off-season?

Thank you buddy appreciate that mate! And yes I’m quite prone to gyno if not managed so the AI needs to be there and it’s also helping dry me out nicely at that dose – not long left now 🙂

Why the choose for Enanthate instead of the short ester ?

1 because it’s working really well
    2. Because 850mg of prop is alot of injections lol

I think that’s actually a really good way to go about it bud. Progress that method until you plateaux and then go back to your initial rep ranges and you should be able to progress them again 🙂

Had another good day today. I feel like I’ve fully adjusted to my diet now and don’t feel too tired etc – in a lovely position at 2 weeks out from Watford and 5 weeks from Portugal 🙂

Slight food changes – swapped post wo coco pops for bagel and jam as it’s more filling (I know they sit well with me) – will post diet below.

Also new additions to my cycle – all orals are now IN!!

You may also possibly have poor Dorsi flexion at the ankle joint meaning you can’t take the plate lower with a lower foot position purely down to mobility. Look into working on reducing the angle between you toes and your shins via a number of stretches, isometric holds and rolling out
