Perhaps look at alternating them in sessions as you can obviously load the BB RDL much more which will obviously be hugely beneficial – then utilise the DB RDL in your other pull session. That’s what I’d do.

Depends on high vs low carbdays. How my day goes at work.. But the days when i feel myself tired/bad, are the best days at the gym. Defenitly the mindset is coming to play !

And when we add Halo and Winny at the last weeks. Yeah getting stronger during prep ????[/quote]
100% bro mindset is so so important… and so is the logbook with relation to staying strong. Oh, halo helps too for sure ????????

Can’t sleep. Thinking about what I want to achieve this year and it’s making me excited (and nervous) … if your goals don’t scare the shit out of you, then they probably aren’t big or hard enough…

Really enjoying this prep so far in comparison to my last one for classic – strength is really good and I can’t wait to compete!!

I currently have granola on a rest day. It was in last meal of the day from off season and is still there. Fits well and is a nice meal to look forward To at the end of the day. Obv quite high in cals so make sure you take that into account if you do use 🙂

Sorry mate I must have misread that. Basically when I use slin, I don’t use GDA. I use GDA in all other carb meals though 🙂

It’s not zero carb but alpro yoghurt is about 2g carbs per 100g. Mix your protein in with it and some sugar free syrup or nut butter – lovely

Joe are you using GDA’s with the intra / post meal? Wondering as your slin is pretty low post compared to pre. Usually it is the other way around ????

Hey mike yah I also use glycomax from Strom. And bought slin down from 8 to 6 units post because I kept slightly hypo-ing 🙂

Feathered quads will come from getting lean doesn’t matter what cardio you do, just get Lowe enough bf% and you’ll soon find out.

Personally my legs are sound doing stair master and I’ve done hard intervals before (purely to make weight – wouldn’t do this now I’m open) – but I have seen others suffer with negative effects from using it.

It’s more of a trial and error thing so just try they all out and see what suits you best.

You’ll burn most cals on stairs so could opt to use them initially to get down. Then switch to lower intensity cardio like walking to finish it off when your on lower food and recovery isn’t optimal.

@tom-mantel hey man I leave it like 60-90 mins bro so I’m completely sound digestion wise. I HATE training if I feel full or bloated.

Meal wise I usually eat after wake around 6.30 ish then again at 9.15 on break between clients then again just after midday – then my pre like 3.30/4ish depending what time I train – then post obv after training 🙂
