No baby rice but they did have fruity porridge ???? by cow & gate don’t know if you have every true it same sort of macros as the baby rice so going to give it a go. The best part it was only £1.69 instead of 2 pound bargain ????????

Deffo add in more single arm/leg work as opposed to dual muscle work. Hit the strong side first then make sure you match it With the weak side. Rest/pause if you need to.

Hey man yeah no cardio yet still – trying to get lean as possible without it as muscle retention is the goal moving to open!
Tbh mate I’ve never used it or even know anyone that has so I can’t really offer you a good insight to it

That’s on the lower end of protein intake requirements but being assisted you should be fine and once again – your body is your best feedback tool so if you feel great then happy days.
I wound say yes maybe hold protein where you feel comfortable and take your extra cals from carbs that you can utilise around the workout perimeter.

Ok so as far as I’m now aware – I DONT have to compete in the regional because I’m registered for Portugal before the cut off time. However me and JP have decided to do it anyway… we’re going going to manipulate or change ANYTHING. I’m gunna get a tan and walk on. I haven’t competed in open before so it’s purely to give me confidence and stage time before the pro qualifier In Portugal – which will be the big one that we peak for. So I’m just under 6 weeks out now. Exciting times. I wear a belt – I’m 6ft 1 so have more tension through the hip hinge than the shorter guys. Plus I have a pretty thick lower back so imo it doesn’t really matter. Do what you prefer – it’s more about lifting good load with good form and targeted mechanical loading.
