Portugal my show) you now have to have done a regional show in your own country – luckily there’s the Watford 2bros show 2 weeks before Portugal so I’ll now be competing in just under 7 weeks time! Good job we’re on track then eh!!! Haha
Also, sick leg session today and then off for a long walk on the hill by me. Not cardio just an hour or so stroll to collect my thoughts and chill. I love doing that – nothing mental but so so good to get out and clear your head!
did they give any reason to why you have to do a regional? I plan on doing Denmark towards the end of the year. just seems like a way form them to make extra money and completely goes against the shows being open to compete anywhere?

I only went to 50mg anadrol and the effects were amazing – so so good for strength and size BUT it completely shot my appetite so we pulled it as food is more important. Food is king. I took mine am or pre training with my meal ????

Currently I’m in offseason, gaining weight while trying not to get to fat (dream scenario ????????)
My weight has stalled even after taking my calories up 600-700 in the last few weeks. Amazing progress in the gym, getting stronger, digestion is great, appetite is huge! however would like to see some added weight.
My current meal plan is:
Training: 4900
418 P / 581 C / 101g
Offdays: 3200
Pro/fat meals only.
(I am very inactive on off days.. don’t move around at all)M1: 300g Cottage Cheese, 200g Greek Yoghurt, 25g whey, 25g almond butter + veggies
M2: 200g Flanksteak, 3 whole eggs + veggies
Pre: 100g Cream of rice, 75g whey, 10g coconut oil
Intra: 75g HBCD, 40g Pepto Pro, 20g EAA
Post: 275g Cream of Rice
Post Post: 200g (pre cooked) Basmati Rice, 250g 5% Mince beef + veggies
– All meals added 200-300g veggies
– All meat is cooked weight so protein it higher than what I’ve written out.
My question for Joe was .. where should I increase calories? My self I was thinking in the workout perimeter .. something in the lines of:

25 HBCD Intra
25g Cream of Rice post
35g Basmati post post
Total: 397 calories
If wanting to add calories on restdays also something could be added to meal 1/2 as they are they same on restdays.
Reason for only using rice-based carb sources is a matter of digestion for me.. oats I tried and bloated like crazy! Bread I can handle for a while but over time gave me issues .. so I just stick with rice. Used Rice Krispies for a long time and atm i’m having a break from these. Cream of rice sits perfectly with me atm.Joe .. fire away ????
What’s up bro so we’ve pretty much covered it in the DMs but for everyone else’s sake, we bumped food in both training and rest days. 700 and 200 cals respectively.
Monitor for a few days and see what happens. Also don’t weigh every day (it’s a mind fuck) give a minimum of 5 days and then take a reading as weight gain/loss in NEVER linear. Meaning it’s always up and down so checking daily is just not ideal for your mindset.
For anyone else looking to bump cals, as Mike has suggested, look to do this around the workout perimeter as these cals will be used to improve performance and growth/recovery etc and always use the food sources that are best suited To you and your digestive capabilities.

No Michael. I don’t use a weight belt. I got the hernias on a leg press. I always go deep as possible just short of rounding my low back…no half reps or quarter reps like we see in “Gym Fail”videos. Now i inhale on the way down and begin my exhale just before i press the weight up.

Ok so pre i swap needed PREpare 2 scoops and Mega black pre 2 scoop plus 2 tabs alpha GPC and 200mcg Huperzine for that focus! … for my intra I’m having 2 scoops MPS max and 3 whole scoops of SUSTAIN all from Trained by JP Nutrition. Which are all amazing 🙂

Or just stick with the test/deca and see what happends ? (I also want to take Aromasin with it, but depends on my bloodwork ).

Hey mate yeah man we take it all in our stride though. I’ll be ready ???? … I don’t see any problem with it to increase free rest and boost libido if you’re struggling, should help keep water retention at bay too – like you say it’s also good for estro control but can have an effect of hair loss soooo ????♂️

Sleep is good and stress no more than normal. Been pushing aggressively for 12 weeks 2 sessions a day. So run down seems to be what I was thinking
Do you suggest a de load or full time out
100% run down and body is knackered, I’d take a deload week – same sessions just 1 working set at 80ish% effort. No failing. No cardio. Just rest and recovery. See how you are after that. Hopefully should get things firing again.
