Well I started slin while I was on a cruise I don’t personally think it has a massive difference being on or off. It will still work the same way. So even low dose cruise I was getting nice pumps etc but obv when I jumped on the anabolics make their own impact. ????

Have a look into doing some unilateral movements – so single pull down and rows etc. Start off with 50% less weight than you usually use and focus solely on the contraction. Build and progress from them 🙂

Jesus that was painful. Will be focusing on this weekly now to get them fully functioning 🙂
Looked nice and vascular after wards though so happy 🙂

Perhaps look at alternating them in sessions as you can obviously load the BB RDL much more which will obviously be hugely beneficial – then utilise the DB RDL in your other pull session. That’s what I’d do.

Depends on high vs low carbdays. How my day goes at work.. But the days when i feel myself tired/bad, are the best days at the gym. Defenitly the mindset is coming to play !

Really enjoying this prep so far in comparison to my last one for classic – strength is really good and I can’t wait to compete!!

I currently have granola on a rest day. It was in last meal of the day from off season and is still there. Fits well and is a nice meal to look forward To at the end of the day. Obv quite high in cals so make sure you take that into account if you do use 🙂
