If you’re anything like me, with not greasy digestion then as much as big old pizza sound great, it probs won’t help much. So agree with the guys, definitely eat something you like if it’s a ‘cheat’ meal but don’t eat something that will just leave you feeling bloated and like shit. A good steak or good burger and chips normally hits the spot for me 🙂

Hey buddy all of those things are important factors tbh. I don’t aim for a bf% either I just do the necessary to bring about the improvements in my physique. At the moment I don’t think I could eat much more yet I am staying lean therefore I can’t really get too fat (which is a good thing) but also hard to keep growing so this I how i know I’m ready to prep! The mirror is the best deciding factor 🙂

So far I’ve got decent result on MK677 used during “off” period.
But like what u said the result is not as pronounced as gear.Good to hear mate! Keep at it buddy ????

Hi mate I genuinely haven’t had any from bodybuilding. I used to have injuries that affected my training when I used to play rugby – but I have been somewhat lucky with injuries. I do have some niggles though which is pretty normal in BB I guess

Hi Henry I think like everything they have their place. I think if you utilise steroids (not peptides), training and nutrition correctly you probs won’t need them as they’re not as effective. However some are cheaper and ii your watching you wallet then possibly a cheaper (not as strong) alternative. This is all based on what I’ve read and from speaking to those that have used as I haven’t. I’ve heard good thing about some of the ‘repair’ peptides eg bpc157 and tb500 but again not used. That’s my take at the minute. What about you mate?

Imo cardio should be performed after weights and never before. Preferable a separate session would be ideal but obv if you can only train once per day then this is your only choice. Prioritise your weights – I cannot think of a single situation where doing a full cardio session before weights would be beneficial instead of counterproductive to your goals.

Ok so protocol is training days only and I have it roughly 20 mins pre workout following my pre workout meal. Then start drinking my intra, and try to have that all gone before end of the session.
