Wow what an Arnold’s weekend! Ngl pretty tired from watching it but what a show! I predicted Andrew to win but had Nick winning from watching the actual show. Rest day today and watched the formula 1 highlights too good to have the new season of that back. Lots of jobs done at home today and then prepped and ready for the week ahead 🙂

Back day today and felt a little off deffo down to the deep tissue I had yday as felt like I had back Dom’s before I even did the session. Still had a good one but for sure noticed the fact that I had work done yesterday.
In other news I do my bodybuilding fantasy league team on fouads platform. Was a good crack doing that last year so down to do it again this year! Also just seen Mike didn’t make the classic weight and is doing open at the Arnold that’s going to be exciting! Even though hes class I think he’s gunna look small on that stage. When urs did it he was like 260 mike is like 210 so a huge size difference. We’ll see!

Big leg session yday with everything progressed which feels so good to be able to do right now because I’m actually lifting some heavy stuff. Although my recovery isn’t great being on fuck all gear. Deffo felt beat up today. Had some deep tissue work today – whole legs which was spicy and then my back. Had cupping on my back as well. Should be good to go for pull tomorrow!

When I’ve had bad pip i like to massage it or veg my partner to after I’ve had a shower or a bath so my skin is nice and supple. Plus ibuprofen for a couple days to help with swelling. Start hydrated also.

Back in for a fresh week and had a class chest and bi session today. Strength is really in a good place right now and feel like I’m holding some pretty decent size tbf. My receptors are going to be so sensitive when I next can go back on cycle so I should make some pretty substantial changes in my my physique which in really looking forward to. For now all I can do is get my meals in and keep pushing hard with my training.

I’d always use an intra venous blood draw straight from the vein to the tube with less chance of interference. Still interesting none the less.

So trained today with no headphones. Sounds small but deffo not the one! Anyway, that aside I had a great session and managed to progress everything once again. Deffo feeling like I’m on a roll right now! 🙏

Doing stuff that is kind of on cycle numbers so I’m deffo happy. Legs are completely cooked.
Came home and got the recovery leg boots on for half hour and will do the next few nights, that’s massively helping with my recovery/doms.
Chiro and rest day tomorrow. And a quieter working day so usually have a bit more of a chill on a Thursday after I’ve done my morning work.

Meals going in nicely too and body weight holding nicely around 265. Topped 272lb in the evening which is pretty cool.
I’m a decent groove now and feel like I’m in competition with myself to see how good I can get while on low gear!

Had some decent food then home to work and then in for chest which was a really good session! Still getting stronger again which feels great and very happy with size. Hopefully get my fertility test results back soon too!

So had to merge two sessions today. Delts, back and tri. Was actually sick session. Did side laterals, viking press, single arm pull down, prime row, lat pull down and lots of tris. Really enjoyed it tbf.
Strength in weirdly good right now, even though I lowered the test to 150. Cannot complain, just gotta make sure to stay uninjured!!

It’s a lot more raw and real, shot almost like I’m doing a YouTube so I can just speak freely. I talk a lot about my current fertility journey and the miscarriages Nancy I went though. It’s been a long time (August) since the last one and I haven’t really fully been myself on socials as I kinda felt awkward. Not sure why. So I thought, now I’m cool to talk about it, that I wound just talk directly about it as it’s literally what my life is and what’s going on. I felt so much more authentic recording these pieces and in a weird way it felt good to get it out. So I’m trying to get back to being me and being truly authentic and talking about life, not just bodybuilding as there’s a lot more to me, and life, that bodybuilding and the stage 🙂

You want your body as healthy and fresh as possible before you prep as Heath can get comprised on prep cycle (orals) and generally getting very lean (poor sleep/lower recovery etc). Cruise as long as you can if you know it’s going to be a long prep. Make sure you at least maintain your lifts when on cruise (yes it can be done) you may just have to lower your volume a touch once recovery starts to become compromised.
