IMO I wouldn’t have tren in anywhere other than the back end of a comp Prep. Such a nasty drug from a sides perspective especially when there are others available.

The night night the show. Yesterday was the last session we ran 2x zero carb meals pre workout and then 4 carb loading meals. Today has been 6 loading meals and 4.5L water down from 7 yesterday. Salt today has been 1g per meal down from 1.5g per meal.
Meals today have been:
FRIDAY REGISTRATION DAY:
Meal 1:
6 egg whites
2 hole eggs
130g rice or cream of rice
1 banana
1g salt1h after meal 1 take 1 diazide.
9mgTRI/6mg HCTZ AND SEND UPDATE.Meal 2:
150g lean beef
130g rice
75 pineapple
10g olive oil
1g saltMeal 3:
150g very lean beef
120g rice
10g olive oil
75g banana
1g salt2.5 Liters water until end of meal 3.
1h before meal 5 take another diazide.
9mg tri/6mg HCTZMeals 4+5: 4.45pm + 7.50
150g very lean beef
120g rice
10g olive oil
50g banana
1g saltMEAL 6:

200g potato
50g rice cakes
50g pineapple
10g olives oil

If you’re doing 300 test and 300 deca that at both 300mg per ml. I would draw up 1ml of each into one barrel. Then back load that into insulin pins – (0.3ml) and then shoot it daily. No need to worry about half life and stuff then plus as J says less sides and more stable blood levels.
Or 0.4ml x 5jabs to make up the 2ml total

Day 11 low carb. And final day. Finally! Super flat but also all new levels of condition new lines everywhere and loving what I’m seeing. It’s been not too bad tbf. I actually feel pretty comfortable here now.
Tomorrow the poa. First two meals are actually zero carb. Then my final session. Arms. Then 4 carb meals starting from post workout. The meals for tomorrow are as follows – also including the drug set up and protocol:

Monday done. 5 days out. We pulled all direct cardio today and just kept in a 20 min outdoor walk in the am. Same as tomorrow. Drugs are the same as I stated yday. So is food, still running the low carb days for the time being and really seeing new levels of condition coming through now. Very happy seeing new lines everywhere! Weight is pretty consistent now around 249ish lb which I’m happy with. No big drops and holding onto my muscle nicely.
Hi Joe! It would be really interesting if you shared your peak week protocol (carbs, water, salt, and diuretics) and explained the difference between this one and the last competition. That’s the most fascinating part to me 🙂 That’s where all the magic happens. Unless of course it’s a big secret. But I guess there’s nothing much to hide here, since it’s all very individual anyway. :))

Hey buddy I guess I’m trying to say it all as I go for you. Water is at 6L salt at 10g now. Cardio reduced. I go into even more detail on my YouTube if you want to check that out. 4 days out. Day 10 of consecutive low days. Cardio pulled today and just steps. No morning walk tomo just 10mins hard posing in the am. GH lowered to 2iu (from 4iu) tomorrow.
Last back day today and also had a flush massage to help me dry out some more. Delts tomo. And Patrick said tomorrow we decide if we carb up from meal 1 Thursday or from post workout. We will wait to see.
New prep low today as well 246.6lb.

Phone off over an hour pre bed and take your sleep supps at the same time the phone goes away so they have time to work. Always makes me sleepy while I’m then having down time.
