Forced rest day today as I’ve been up In London looking at places and knew I wouldn’t have time to train. But in for legs tomorrow so just swapped my leg and rest day around. Simple.
Past few days have been so hot and I’ve also been looking after the doggo whilst the Mrs has been away so steps have been higher than I like – deffo gunna be down a few lbs when I get home. But it’s all good we know why, and will fly back on back into normal routine when back later on today 🙂

Can you tel how much test and eq ?
Smashed a great delts and tri session yday at the shed. Feeling super strong atm. Literally every session I’m getting stronger and feeling great. Cycle is doing its thing along side food.
Total AAS is 2.2g and food is at 4.7k – last week added in 4iu GH and 20iu lantus which has seen body weight bump up nicely.
We march on.

Im a silence reader, but want to ask u something!
How Did your Splitt change due to implement the SST System? From Push/Pull/Legs to a 5 day Splitt, or 6 day splitt?
Do u think the SST principles can used with a Upper/Lower or Push/Pull/Leg Routine?

Hey Felix thanks for the question. So I wasn’t doing push pull legs I was doing a body part split with a higher volume approach. Still 5 sessions.
So just switched the split as in the actual sessions to what they are now which is still technically a body part split but with the SST system plugged in so to speak. Here’s the split:
MON – CHEST/TRI/CALF
TUES – BACK/BI
WEDS – QUADS
THURS – REST
FRI – SHOULDERS/TRI
SAT – HAMSTRINGS/BIS/CALFS

Rest day today very much needed as it is most weeks after Monday through Wednesday training. Body is smashed but in a good way. I feel good, strong and enjoying training so much arm. Food is going in nicely and we’re sitting at just over 270 with plenty of tools to use 🙏

I wouldn’t use your phone to track. Not very accurate and you just don’t have it on you at all times. If you wanna be accurate probs opt for something more consistent.

I use an Oura ring. Tracks loads of stuff – they’re not cheap at £300 ish quid but I’ve had mine now for like 5/6 years. Unreal bit of kit

Banging leg session today really getting to grips with the cybex leg press it’s so so nice and smooth. Had 440kg – 11pps on there today for 10 reps and felt amazing. Then did my arch nemesis the 20 rep leg press set haha those sets take my soul. Onto the Rogers hip press again an amazing machine and getting to grips with it nicely now. Phenomenal leg session and I can tell things are just moving really well now as I’m just getting bigger and stronger 🙏

Been a very productive few days with the cycle and the intro of GH and Lantus all kicking in. Weight tipping over 270 to 271 now. Class push session too all numbers are moving up very nicely now which is class. Consistency is flying and in generally just enjoying it all right now 🙂

Hams and bis today was a class session tbf. It’s a bit of a filler session. Like nothing in it is super hard. I still go hard on everything just hamstring and adductor movements, plus biceps just aren’t massively taxing so it’s kind of a nice session. Anyway shoulders and tri tomorrow. In for a big one!
Weight up now too sitting at around 267lb.

Wow much needed rest day today. In a world of Dom’s pain lol. But the good kind, I feel very good! But very sore. 3 amazing sessions on the bounce with chest/tri, back/bi, and quads. Resting up nicely today then back in tomo for shoulders and tri 🙏

100% being lean will do all of those things to you, and. A get worse the longer you remain in that state. If you’re finished with your diet phase then it sounds to me like you need to get food up a decent bit more than where it’s at right now as you still have all the dietary fatigue ‘symptoms’ so to speak. Lower output; take a deload, get food up. Probs have a decent cheat meal. Good luck

Very good leg session today. Gave the new cybex leg press a good run out today. Took 10 plates a side for 11 then 8 plates for 20, which was soul taking. Mega hard set but that’s what I live for! Then had a first run out on the Roger’s hip press, also did 7 plate a side smith hip thrust and some other quad bits. Very very good session 💪
Bloods are all good so going to keep going with the current cycle 🙏

Pull day today with ads. Very good session and felt very strong! Things are indeed moving well. 4 plates aside dual HS pull down. 8 plates mid peg prime row, 6 plates prime pull down. The a tasty triple drop set on the t bar. Class session today with some good bicep work to finish off too. Quads tomorrow and can’t wait to use the cybex leg press machine!
