    So should I stick with what im currently doing? I’ve been dieting, so progress has been good despite some weight decrease

    It’s more about volume doesn’t matter is you do 1 exercise of 6 sets compared with 3 exercises of 2 sets. Of course hitting from diff angles is great but are you doing more exercise for the hell of it. Do you really feel and connect amazing with them all? If one is a bit subpar just do more of the others.

    Finally feeling pretty good now got my hormones lined up I feel some what regulated again and not in so much of a transition phase. Physique is holding nicely as I said the other day. Not really pushing anything hard atm and waiting for myself to be ready. I’ll know when the times right after doing this for so long. Works pretty busy right now too which is great

    Been a really busy few weeks of work for me running the group launch and setting everyone up. 1-2-1 coaching is busy too and got lots of guys prepping and on getting ready for shows so the last 2 weeks or so I have trained a touch less. And have ran an upper lower split to compensate. It’s not a long term thing just while I put some heavy focus onto work and business growth. I’m also running an extended health phase aswell as I actually decided to take longer off cycle after this yet as competitions as to be honest I haven’t really been on a cruise for a very long time. But I feel good and still sat at around 265lb and in good shape so a pretty nice position to be considering I’m not ‘full sending’ so to speak right now. When I fully turn it back on I should be in a great spot and super reactive too 🙏

    Anyway Italy pro today wow what a show! Big us the TBJP team Kerry getting second in the bikini and so close to winning! Then Kuba and Marc both in the open looking fantastic, well done to Marc for the 3rd place finish! And what about Urs taking the win eh! Wow bet not many saw that coming but when he came out he looked crazy so fair play. Bright future in with the big boys! Makes me wanna get the trunks out again sharpish 😂

    Soooo the Mrs took me to CrossFit today 😂 don’t worry I’m not passing over to the dark side. Haha. We wanted to do something together and for some reason I agreed to that. Absolutely cooked me. I haven’t ran in years and thus session had 400m run ten times in it plus other weighted stuff which was kinda fine. But the running stuff damn broooo that completely cooked me my body is hurting right now in ways I haven’t felt in a very long time. Long muscle soak bath and chilled rest of day for me 😂

    If you think your capable and can control your emotions when your super lean and dieted down and you really wanna do it then do it. Although maybe worth finishing this prep out with him if he’s good and getting results. This is really up to you my man.

    Rest today but had a nice busy day with work. Can’t remember if I said or not but Nancy is a really good cook and she’s cooking our last meal everyday so we have it together and I just have what she cooks – she always cooks for 4+ so I always get massive portions! And the food is unreal. It’s times like thus in always look forward to then I’m on prep so it’s nice to actually be doing it. So far this week we’ve have (for last meal) chilli con carne, cottage pie (unreal) and tonight we had sausage tortellini. And tomorrow we have fillet steaks. Getting fed like a king and loving it 😍

    Hard to comment here from the sidelines without more detail and of course seeing you. But if you’re in the best shape of your life that’s saying something and usually that comes with fatigue, low food and feeling tired. Just the price of playing the same. Not saying it couldn’t be handled better as I honestly don’t know without the full picture. But you HAVE to communicate this with them. I’d ask for a call as text messages like this can be read wrong and you already sound pretty sensitive – no offence. So have a call and discuss like men/adults

    Had a good session today have recently been crazy busy with the group launch I’m running so have been trialling out some upper sessions so I still have my training frequency if all body parts in there even if session amount is slightly down and tbf I’ve really enjoyed it. Not once muscle gets crazy fatigues so I’m basically fresh for each new muscle and feel very strong across the session. Never done upper/lower but liking what I’ve done so far this week for sure.
