So then. The plan of action moving forwards.
This prep has shown me classic is the place I should be shooting for and with refinement and prep directed at ‘being classic’ I’m confident I can bring an extremely competitive package.
So phase wise we’ll run 6 weeks health phase now looking to make sure I’m all good bloods wise and also physically/mentally and all that.
Then we’ll move into the refinement phase which is a growth phase with very specific parameters. As I don’t have much room in the cap to grow. Every bit of added muscle needs to be accounted for in the right places so specific training protocols will be in place and I’ll list them here when they’re planned.
Food wise will be a surplus obviously with higher days on the weaker body parts that need to improve more eg arms/chest. The others will be just above maintenance. Lower food will also help with waist control and vacuums etc.
Drugs will be much lower than last off season which was over 3G – I’ll probs sit around a gram or so of total androgens which sounds appealing to me lol.
We’ll run this for 16-20 weeks then move into a prep phase where the goal will be undeniable condition, posing, stage presence and of course being full, dry and hard.
The plan and the vision is set. Time to execute.

So big week behind me now that shit was tough but never a doubt in my mind I’d get job done. Very happy with that. Took 2nd which tbf now I’m happy with as next time I’ll have fully prepped for classic. I’ll write up the vision tomo 🙂

Probabaly one of the biggest tools helping me get through a deep diet phase – a nicotine is a powerful hunger suppressant. It’s also highly addicted so have an exit plan post prep. But on prep they’re extremely helpful, yes.

Cracking day here up in Rotherham. Everything boxed off. Very fatigued hungry and tired but the job is getting done. Very very lean now and only a few lbs off the cap so in a very good spot. Push today, pull tomo. Rest Monday. S

I’ve seen this happen before – try a diff bac water if that doesn’t work. Swap the Gh to a diff brand eg 2ktropin and see if that’s ok.

So dropped 10lb overnight which is pretty cool, just the 10lb to go now to reach 232 – let’s go!
