    Kicking off the week with legs again. Been enjoying doing legs on a Monday. As no one else really is so it seems quiet in the leg area 😂 busy day of work today heavy day for check ins but I enjoy it as it starts off the week with some good momentum going into the rest of the week. Have a chest session with a friend tomo who’s a high level coach going to go over some training techniques and execution pointers which I’m looking forward to. Forever the student 🙏

    Weekend off complete. Jobs day this morning at home then went to Oxford to see Nancys family. Was a nice non bodybuilding day with family. Meals taken though so obv that’s all on point. Back into normality tomorrow with leg day and work. Hope you all had a great weekend.

    Everyone is different my rhr is around 40 so to do 130bpm I’d need to be literally running. Dont air for a hr. Just make sure your movement is at a pace that is somewhat uncomfortable and you’re getting a good sweat on. I like to walk on a treadmill at incline 6/7 and speed 5.5/6kph. But tbh stairmaster is best for most if you want to get lean – it’s deffo best bang for your buck.

    Rest day today had a good day tbf. Went for a nice long dog walk to a new park today – there’s so many good ones in London which is amazing tbf! Then I took Nancy out this eve I g for our anniversary to a nice steak restaurant called Hawksmoor in central London. Felt good to get a haircut and put some nice clothes on for once 😂 banging belly pork ribs to start and a nice ribeye for me! Then home. Chill. And now bed 🫶🏻

    What’s the current fertility protocol? I’m guessing you’ll need to stay on a cruise for quite a long time. Do you think that will affect you mentally, or are you completely comfortable with your body not looking the way it normally does for an extended period?

    Hey bud I’m going to be running a HCG/HMG protocol. And currently I’m on 300mg test and 4IU GH I can maintain and even improve on that no problem. I’m already starting to progress again which is nice and of course should be super sensitive (and healthy) when the times right to go back on. I’m actually really happy with the current situ and 265 in pretty good shape ☺️

    Cut been going well. Weight is going down but training performance has been tanking a little bit for the past 4 sessions. Thought it was a fluke but session after session energy has been low. I’m at 2850cals 214 protein 321 carbs and 79g fat. Split into 4 meals and 1 scoop dextrin intra. All my carbs are pre and post workout meals. Do I need to spread my carbs out more or leave them as is?

    You absolutely shouldn’t be tanking training performance. This is nothing to do with food as you’ve been doing this for a few days (relative to your first post). That’s literally in your head.

    Remove that silly though. Logbook your lifts and do not let them tank like your life depends on it (train fucking hard). Let’s go.

    Yeah Jordan nailed this really don’t need to over complicate it. Keep your same training and make sure you progress or at the very least (when your lean) maintain them.

    Appetite is coming back a little bit now which is nice. Sitting around 4-4500 kcal 4 meals a day (decent size meals) and an intra on training days.

    I have structure but a touch of flexibility while I’m on cruise and fertility programme. As I said before feeling on a very nice place re shape/look and starting to make progress again while cruising which is always a good place to be, especially as I don’t know for certain how long I need to be on lower drugs for.

    Either way I know I’m going to be super responsive when I go back on which I’m excited for when the times right!

    Decent day today. Busy with check ins again. Then went off to train back at kings. Another really good session. Having been on this cruise now for a good bit of time, I’m starting make progress again while on cruise and it’s good feeling.

    Never been a big fan of deloads where you still train but pull back either volume or intensity. I’d rather just take an extra day or two off and make use of that time personally.

    Very busy one today. Morning check ins with the guys, all very good!! Then a trip across London to see my osteo – got some very intense needling in my biceps/lats/pec followed by some soft tissue and release work. Ngl is was painful but that’s what you need, and my range of motion and pain levels were dramatically improved after wards. Then I went to the gym for legs as there was no was I was doing any upper body after that session.

    Todays session was

    Lying ham x 2
    Leg ext x 3
    Pendulum x 2
    Lunges x 2
    Seated ham/adductor super set x 2
    Calf x 2

    Sorry been a bit off and on guys been having some issues with the app kicking me out. But seems to be ok today. I did some content for kings gym today over at the Croydon one the. I trained back in there. Had a decent session tbf. Nothing fancy just your basic back movements 2 sets and some biceps at the end.

    Also ran a live call on training for my current group coaching lads which is going really well.

    Feeling a bit battered tbh after a few days of had training. But we move.
