3 , 4 or 5 can work fine , it’s all relative to volume and exercise selection . Everything is about volume : frequency . Do you understand what I mean when I say that ?

It was sent off a long while ago and then forwarded to the university near analiza as it needed diff style of testing , along with meth blue for metal testing , we actually didn’t get results for either so I will chase. I use the bac water and I’m happy that is what it’s meant to be

I haven’t , but it will do a job based on what others are seeing results wise . I would defo stack with urolithin A aswell to help mitigate any mito compromise from the slight uncoupling

From a UK reseller is correct yes , 10 boxes will then usually get you to £100 ish each . If you are lucky they may go a bit cheaper but they have to make their bit too , so cheapest your getting if you buy volume from UK reseller is £80

Blues are 23g . You’re going to destroy a vial with that pretty fast once you get past like 10 shots . Get some 26g

Higher gauge needles = thinner = slower shots
If the shot is 0.9 , back load a 1ml 30g insulin needle , and once it’s loaded put it in a beaker of boiling water and the shot will be a breeze

What are you drawing it with ? I draw with a 26g needle/ barrel and then backload n pin with a 30g insulin needle .
Are you using like a 21g and just batterjng the chunks out of the vial 😂
Yes it’s best not to use it , get a new one and use a 26g , will last you the whole bottle easy
