Doing it is really hard though , so next time if you can try to slow it a bit more that will be wise , and totally understood with the size , but for some , that just takes longer than we want , so imo based on your info, getting lean lean and another push up will see such an absurd set point / start point for the next diet that you will be a really good onstage competitor . So diet now, get really really lean , then fight so hard so your appetite lasts you 17/18 weeks , then it’s go time for the stage

Great work mate and considering what you learnt about your body from getting all the way shredded , I would say yes . Go super slow again and I bet you can get another 5kg , great work 🙂

Seeing as the food is that high and appetite is shot , I would take this as a chance now to just get completely fuckint shredded and just fully change your whole set point entirely , so then when you go back up again ur then even leaner and bigger again
What your doing is truly setting urself up to be a very very good onstage bodybuilder who then can get truly peeled 🙂

Damn that is madness , that’s a lot of working hours to pay for a bottle of anabolics . When I went to brazil, food wasn’t super cheap though , so minimum wage is low but food and cost of living is still expensive ?

Ali baba , get a fixed setting machine then you can adjust it yourself based on feel . Nothing more than that really , get it wear it, adjust it if it feels too strong

Great pull session , 288 today , getting better at this weight.
This will be my last log update for a while guys, I need a break from talking about me , it’s not something I massively enjoy atm , I just want to get it done . Talking like this, I know is helpful for some , but to me it just feels like words, and I am not in the mood to talk, I just want to crack on .
I will set up a JP Q n a log like Kuba has and you can then ask me anything you want on any topic , I just will dance around stuff about me. I will show you what I have managed to get done when it’s time to show.
in a world where more and more people just want to talk and talk and talk , I want to just step back into my spare room when I was 12/13 , with my squat rack and bench, before any of this stuff

I just don’t have the oomph atm for it mate , im being pulled in so many diff directions with diff bits of work , gym is then gym time . At some point I will do them, but not to any schedule ,

Your expectations are way off buddy
This game takes YEARS
I started lifting at 12 , but really properly lifting , I was training at the British weightlifting centre being coached 1-1 by the GB Olympic lifting coach , I trained with him from 12-15 , 3 times a week . Then from 15-18 I trained with some unreal s and c coaches when I was at wasps
These were very very hard sessions , every time .
At 18 I defo was bigger than any other 18 I knew by a long way, but I didn’t look anything like a proper bodybuilder
I started competing in bodybuilding at 18 ( I believe competing will force
You to improve really really fast ) , and then I would say by 21/22 started to look like a bodybuilder for the first timeSo 10 years just to start to look like a proper bodybuilder , with some
Of the best coaching , and me competing a lot between 18-21.Then it took me I’d say another 5-6 years to become a big big bodybuilder . So 16 years it took me to reach a point where people go, holy fucking shit your big , in that time I committed every single ounce of my whole being to this
So , I would say , your expectations and timelines are a little off wouldn’t you ?
What you need at this point really is, nobody cares work harder . You are sad that you don’t look and feel as big as you want to, no one cares . The only way to get what you want is to work harder ( and to adjust your expectations back to somewhere close to reality )
I would get peeled and compete personally , rebound from there gain a ton of muscle , compete again, repeat repeat repeat . Do that for 3-4 years , you will be unreal ( or don’t and in 3-4 years you will probably still be feeling sad that your not the bodybuilder you wished you were )

It’s also that I think the tren is going to be seeing that prolactin level, and Luca mentioned before that when just on test before he has no estro sides , so my guess is pull the tren and the issue should go
