I do mine in lower ab , I actually can’t believe how my joints feel atm , I am lifting more than ever and I don’t have a single issue anywhere. I’m also doing more volume than ever too , I should defo have some problems , so it can only be the peptides .

It is talked about , a lot . I mention it every time that you don’t do more volume than you need . So yes more volume = more stimulus but when you are small you don’t need it .
Imagine this , you are a circle that is 2cm in diameter , 3 sets colours in tbe circle fully . That’s you maxed out . More sets now goes outside the circle and doesn’t make YOU grow more as YOU don’t need it .
Let’s say Marc is a 6cm circle , he needs 6 sets to fully max that stimulus.
So as a result of the 6 sets mark does he trades off some frequency for volume . But the key is not much , he would move from 3 sleeps to 4 sleeps
So as I say over and over and over , focus on frequency . ( and the reason is because YOU don’t need more volume )

The total volume is only thing that maybe a hindrance at that frequency . Glutes can take a bashing , but you have a lot of work in there for eod . How long have you been on that much total work and are lifts trending up ok?

4 sets , 5-9 reps
Set 1 , 100 x 8
Set 2 , 100 x 7
Set 3 , 100 x 5
Set 4 , 90 x 7That’s a realistic snap shot of how it would look
Repeat repeat repeat repeat until the first set is 100 x 9 and then the session after that go 120 to drop the range to 5 reps

Not particularly imo . Set 1 will probably have 1-2 highly stimulating reps , set 2 about the same , set 3 prob only 1 as fatigue is now causing failure , set 4 likely literally zero truly stimulating reps based on actual full muscle fibre recruitment
If you want to do 12 reps , do 12 where you can’t complete another rep then adjust the load on the next set accordingly

ATM I mix with 2ml and take 10 units a day , bottle lasts me 20 days

The rest of the question js awesome but the only answer is to put the q back to yourself as the individual component aspect will play too much of a role
So , try multi set at some rir , measure rate of lift progressing and growth vs 1 set that is to failure

How do you know e2 when through the roof ? ( tren gives a false positive reading in blood work) . When very lean , that cycle defo shouldn’t have high e2 if primo is real

Doesn’t matter , all that matters is proximity to failure , the actual rep range is much less relevant , move on as you have achieved the task at hand and then adjust the load next session accordingly

I don’t work on site . Tbjp Site manager is on site , Corinne is then on site at some point daily to check all is smooth
Pf/mfg side , 2 full time staff on site with my business partner acting as site manager too for now , they are on site multiple times a day to check all is smooth
I work from home and everything is relayed back to me .
So cook everything as I go . Rice cooker and air fryer , so meals go on and I sit back at my desk and then I eat at my desk while I work .
So up at 6 , cardio on bike while rice is cooking .
Start meal at 6.30 , I eat slow atm so in fin by 6.45/7 ish .
Next meal 9.30
Train at 11.30 , Intra 12
Back home at 2-2.30, next meal finished by 3
Then eat at 5/7.30/9.45
Just working constantly between meals
Once I fin competing , I will then be on site for the manufacturing, from there I can walk across the road to the tbjp arm or walk 2 mins around the corner to the pf/mfg warehouse . So then I will be very hands on , and I will just have a rice cooker / air fryer in my office and just replicate how I am now , eat / work , but it means I can be on the manufacturing floor or over to the other sites when need be .
I do really need to wrap up bb , as it costs me a lot in productivity , and when I’m not a very good onstage bb, that doesn’t make a ton of sense for me , but man the bb bug is hard to shake haha , I’m fucking loving being big big again now and seeing things change and the idea of competing again is soooo exciting .
