If health markers are in place these just look like normal mid cycle fluctuations , which we all get . You don’t get to avoid the bad stuff sadly , just mitigate it with good peptide and supplement use

If your adhering to macros then you are adhering to calorie amounts , just didn’t add them up to a calorie total , he helped you even more by giving you exact macros
So if you want to know your cals from those macros
200 x 4 =800
400 x 4 =1,600
50 x 9 =450800 + 1600 + 450 =2,850 training day cals
You can do the math on the rest day

I used it in a diet at the end and I was fucking lean lean , knocking on stage condition , I then tapered my dose for 23 weeks post diet and I was able to eat immaculately and have never had a phase where I gained so little fat . I ended diet at 240 close to peeled , I’m now 284 but never ever ever been this lean . Reta and the other peptides did that , as I didn’t eat a single gram off plan for 22 weeks
