    Well atm , I technically train back eveyr session haha

    Upper ( has straight arm pulldown and very strict chest T bar )
    Lower barbell stiffs
    Rest
    Pull
    Lower db rdl

    SO if someone beats me from
    Behind , I will be fucking pissed lol

    ab work, I have noticed a couple things , not using any gh or insulin has helped a lot at peak weight , I have better ab control , training my abs more frequently has helped A LOT , I hit them with 3-4 sets every 3 days , and I really think that’s made a huge diff

    The last showing , I lost solely on midsection I was told , ( I still think the lad would of beat me anyways even if I had control ) , I carbed up So much because I ran myself into the ground trying to get in shape . I need to be ready early , so I can let my body relax and not need as much food

    I also can’t run diuretics , as they distend me , when I knock out the sodium , food just sits in my gut and I don’t toilet as well , so I’m just backed up

    I need empty gut , toileting well , and probably not eating show day ( mens bb is first class on )

    I also need my legs to hold , last prep I hurt my leg 6 weeks out , not sure if anyone remembers haha , so I defo lost leg mass. If they are a legit 30 + inch leg , with better control and obv as much vacuum work as I poss can and ab training and all of the above , im confident I can present something where I can hold my own from the front and then win from behind

    But that’s all just talk, much work to do , but I am excited and enjoying it all

    All is great , im very happy , sitting at 288 , I don’t look fat , nothing to do aside from keep going . The temptation to compete in October is still real haha! But I also know if I hold off and solidify this all and get as heavy as I can over next 6 months , I can be much better in march. Watching the lad that won at the weekend , who had an incredible top line from the front – like WOW , but imo was very weak from behind and light in the legs, made me so so tempted as I can defo battle with that standard because of the rear shots , I will see how the next 6 weeks go

    If you can use other fats that the sat fats and they digest well, do that , it’s going to be better for sure

    For me personally , I’m a bit limited to what fat sources make my digestion feel the best , so I go solely on digestion and it defo doesn’t impact my performance or composition . Fortunately my ldl is always extremely
    Low , and my hdl doesn’t ever take too much of a battering , so it doesn’t seem to impact on my blood work either

    I don’t think you have gained remotely enough muscle for these to be in your mind at all .

    I really hope you take this the best way possible , but based on your profile pic, your about 30 pounds of muscle before even considering any of these

    Completely normal, straight bar cable lat pulldowns

    Narrow grip press ups

    Any machine curl

    If all done , while taking body weight up, would see lots of muscle . Sadly you have let social media creep in, WAY too soon

    Of course those questions are valid , but they defo wouldn’t be things that crossed my mind when I had the muscle level as you buddy

    Sean, good question. I think the longer you do this, you will change your opinion of what is lean , and what is fat. Don’t over think it, just do the best you can in any moment and as time passes , you will keep getting better

    Haha it’s slim mate , my moodyness is SO extreme even I am like , hmm have I given myself some kind of temporary disorder lol . One minute I feel acceptable , then the next I feel like i want to die And then 2 mins later I’m ok again lol , it’s pretty wild , if that could be caught in cam in real time , it would be a case study into why this is fucking stupid lol

    Whenever I do feel ok, I try to cram in saying as many nice things ti corinne as poss, as I know in a few mins , the sound of anyone talking around me will make me want to scream

    But this is what it took before, so it is what it is

    Everyone is entirely diff , and in this situation you have answered your own question already . More primo feels bad , but more test feels good , SO that is what you do. I’m the opposite to you and feel better the other way around so that is what I do . This is why copying others cycles is so silly , as all it takes is , taking the drug and then asking yourself , do I feel good and then adjust accordingly

    So this is where I’m at ( borderline can’t be assed to even write this out, as I’m pretty bored of sharing the way I can pivot on things based on how I feel ) , as I just prefer cracking on, but equally I hope it helps people to understand that the path from A to B is not one entirely rigid

    Resetting the fullness felt like a real chance to keep pushing , simply because , I KNOW that if you want to be legit huge onstage , you must be able to get above 290 not fat , if you bottle it before then ( like everyone does ) , you just won’t ever get truly fucking huge

    The fatigue crippled me in the last run, so it forced me to back off , but I think I can keep going and get myself over 290 and not fat and really solidifying this one

    I always like to squeez everything I can out of a push , and I started it around 20th December , so if I can get another couple months out of this , that will be superb. But obviously this part now is harder than hard , if you see me in the shed , I will be hanging out of my ass the whole time hashha, but I can do this bit and I can do the bit others won’t , when it comes to getting truly huge
