    So for me , I can’t even run 500 , it feels utterly shit compared to 500mg coming from other compounds , for you it may feel ok

    Atm I’m taking absolutely zero test , as I just feel better when I’m heavy heavy and pushing hard , using other things

    So hopefully that shows you the need for more test , knowing that I’m taking none , and this year, at some point I will surpass my all time biggest size

    Davide, in short , no.

    Look, if your pushing your body weight up and your taking leg sets to absolute failure , it really doesn’t matter much what exercise you do / how you do it . All that matters is the effort part and the taking body weight up

    One of the reasons I suspect people get hung up on this , is they are often only ever looking at training , as how to get big. And then when they don’t get big, they are confused and then start dissecting random parts

    If they pushed their weight up, they would be getting massive and not be questioning things

    Getting really big, is literally just about taking your body weight up.

    Then train hard enough, take enough gear , your going ti mostly build muscle out of that weight that goes on

    I will expand on the above why I don’t give a shit what is happening at the cellular level

    For many years , the science said muscle trauma , metabolic stress etc etc etc , now it says whatever the hell it says , then at some pont that will change again. Bla bla bla , none of that impacts the getting it done

    What has never ever changed , is novel stimulus = adaptive response

    How do we create a novel stimulus ?

    Train fucking hard and progress lifts , done , that’s it

    If you want to learn the current science as to precisely what is going on at the exact cell, have at it . I will be on the lifting platform pulling stiff leg pbs looking like a rhino , im not wasting my thoughts on bollocks that makes no diff to getting the result

    Understanding the cellular level also doesn’t impact programming at all. So how does knowing it help? ( especially when it will change lol)

    There are no rules to any of this

    Someone may need 2 hours of cardio when they are fairly new to competing

    So that may look an hour am , an hour after training

    Some people may need none

    Some people only like doing their cardio in the morning and some only like doing it later in the evening

    You are looking for absolutes , when there are literally none

    The answer is, it takes As much cardio as it takes and you can do it anywhere , anytime as it burns the same amount of calories

    Full upper yday was great and then Legs today again great ! I’m not as smashed tonight as I thought I would be , very happy about that .

    I feel good , corinne is recovering fast , eveyrhtjng atm feels like it’s going well , we just hired a sales rep for B2B sales , so our team of staff for the brand is growing steadily with us all working to keep it building . Super excited for the weeks to keep unrolling

    We have everything nailed down for next door to the shed , we will have that all
    Boshed out during April , which is exciting

    Immediate shift in estro balance / digestion / look on this cycle is a big diff

    It’s INSANE how fast that changes with me even on long esters

    The last few days slowly filled back out to 280 , but everything in the right place, and much less distended

    So that’s 6 pounds down on the peak weight i was , which is probably about right for the shift down in cals im on now Vs peak food

    I’m just gonna hold here still the rest of the week as daily the visual has improved again , so I’m actually pretty confident that this with 30 pounds off , will look pretty dry

    Legs today, I reset some stuff as just got so strong , So just a tempo adjust for a few things

    Adductor , let the ROM go to as far as the weight is stretching me open, be careful doing this, it’s potentially dangerous, if felt great and instead of pinning 80 to the stack I only had to pin 40

    I did the cybex pivot leg press today, super deep, pause in the hole , I still did 13 plates a side , but it’s safer than the 16/17 I would need if wasn’t pausing

    Leg ext , changed to single leg

    So after this week, will adjust cals down and actually crack on ! At least I’m 6 pounds leaner than peak and that’s actually visible tbh , so although been a couple weeks faffing around , I’m happy with that decision

    I am so so determined that by time this push up is done, my legs look the best they ever have , which is so doable on 3 sleep training for them

  • Same as you, gyno / water . I don’t really change much mentally , I don’t get more emotional . Super low e2 I’m a little more snappy, but in a grumpy fucker anyways because I’m always either reallly Damn tired , heavy, or having to juggle loads , so it’s hard to tell for me if that’s from e2 or if I’m just a bit up/down from life

    I’m not sure honestly , but the last two days , I have gone to the toilet a lot! Lol and now my midsection is back to looking better again . This was exact same after the last use of it , so considering my midsection is my weakest body part , it’s an absolute no for me , it also looked like it was stopping the rest of my filling out as well from food , so I was flatter with a distended gut , looked awful

    I don’t know how the look will be on nandrolone at 1g , eq at 700 and mast at 700 , in terms of dryness . I won’t bother with any test , but I will see what blood work is saying for e2 at some point aswell

    My thinking is if you can use test as a base when dieting , you can use nandrolone , and then just chuck an a.i at it when peeled and your going to be sweet

    I will test that theory out this diet .

    If she is in shape, that will of stopped by then , if she has one, you don’t really have to worry much, as she isn’t in shape and isn’t going to win anyways

    ( the above is very very harsh, but it’s simply the truth , competing is not healthy , and sadly getting incredibly lean will see periods stop )

    After dieting I will have a break , bring my body weight up , hold there , then re add drugs and then go all the way up

    So if your lean lean, I advise coming up 5 percent in weight , that fixes most people from binging , I don’t need to do as much as that , so I will go 250-258 ish, clear out , then re add and go 258/260-290

    276 , leggies today was superb

    I’m having digestive issues with this primo / tren set up again!

    So it wasn’t just the yoghurt before , this is literally causing me slower gastric emptying, so over time just a little more distended as feels like I’m not going to toilet quite as frequently

    Im not overly fussed what drugs I diet on, but obv primo/tren creates a polished look , but if it’s messing things up digestion wise It has to go

    So I’m going to move back again to nandrolone / eq / masteron

    Im not going to change that at all over the 12 weeks now , I cba to mess about anymore back and forth , I know that Combo sits well and I feel great on it
