I don’t agree lowering it to twice , I think more shots always equals more stable levels which means less sides , regardless of dose . When I am down to 200mg , I will do 30mg daily , as it will give the absolute least sides possible

That’s a perfect amount , what are you now seeing benefits wise ? As at week 5 , you should be seeing big jumps in lift progress now

Before you do , what’s the lowest dose you have ran and at what injection frequency ? And what’s your Estro levels been at that dose and shot frequency . As if you have anxiety / mental issues , it worries me that could get worse vs fixing the current set up to have you feeling great

Still sitting low 280s , I don’t want to force food as I am still lean ( just very watery ) . Going to pull back to a lower dose for the rest of December and Jan and then kick things right back to here , as I’m confident that will see me push through to 290 +
UAE product registration has extremely harsh limits so I’m basically having to reformulate every single product so per capsule it fits uae requirements.
Today rejigged the push to include Lats

Then glute / ham / upper back
I am entirely happy with where my physique is at , now to just get my legs considerably bigger than ever , this will let me max out quad stimulus , my recovery capabilities will let me hit 7-8 compound sets for quads I will say , so I’m going to enjoy that

I pin mine IM . Some things really do not sit well sub q . Mots c is the same . I mix my mots c , ss31 , 5 amino all in the same backloaded syringe and pin IM – zero issue
