Gh to 8 iu , 4 pre training 4 before bed , 12 iu going to see even more change then do 4iu on wake . The multiple 4iu pulses will be good for fat loss . Chinese generics are cheap , it’s worth it

The bigger question is why are you needing to do that ? That’s indicative of poor GH timing if anything as you want to keep that away from carbs as best you can even if using at the workout perimeter, as GH stays elevated for 3-4 hours so if your using the wo perimeters glut 4 to overcome impeding glucose uptake , it can still be done at a point that is the furthest from carbs possible , and then insulin is with the carbs…….

Gh impedes glucose uptake , that’s why it’s better before bed as there is no eating occurring while gh is elevated .
Elevated GH while eating , causes decreasing in insulin sensitivity, as over time the body has to increase insulin output to overcome the impeding the GH is causing .
During a diet phase when in a caloric deficit where insulin sensitivity is superb , am / day time pulses will see increased fat loss and be tolerable due to the deficit ( provided your lean)
But if your not lean / wanting the muscle gain benefits from GH , one bolus dose , pre bed , sub Q , is the best way to administer .

If you want to get hydrated you don’t drink 1 litre of water for the day, you drink enough to do the job , if you want to be warm outside in winter you don’t just wear a long sleeve t shirt . Etc etc etc etc . 4 iu will do something , like the 1 litre , like the long sleeve top . But it doesn’t do the job fully . It’s as simple as that
