Bicep cable x 8 x 6 x 5 x 5Cycle is now at 4G total , split 2:1 test eq , gh 2 x bottles before bed ( 20-24iu depending on variation ) , my t3 is at 25 . I won’t pull it out , t4 is zero.
Im settling into the cycle now and feel really very good , it’s taken a while to adjust to it. I am near 14 weeks post diet now from when I started to alter my energy balance . I’m going to do 6 more as things are and then instead of cruising and going again I will lower to 3g total and have a small diet phase , so that will be 20 weeks total on the up and then I think I need 6-8 week reset again, but I’m going to in that phase play with high dose slu , add gc1 and see what blood work says before / after gc1 addition in terms of thyroid and impacts.

We KNOW that genetic variation makes an insaneeeee diff to one person vs another , especially in side effects ! Especially in hunger signalling . Man Corinne doesn’t get hunger signalling anymore , no matter how lean she gets , her brain doesn’t do that anymore , but then someone who is crazy obese will lower their Cals a teeny bit and their Hunger goes crazy !! I can now take 3g of test and my blood pressure is somehow still ok! How can that be ? When someone else can take 500mg and their BP is ready to have their kidney fall out their ass .
The variability is huge , which means how we do things in every single way possible , will have variation .
Push back on ANYONE talking in absolutes
Gather options , try them , and decide for your self 🙂

Split it am and pm
I would pick movements that still train the muscles but just causes you the least issue with the injury , and then let the peptides do the work , while you don’t lose progress

It will defo defo get it healing and repairing faster but it with all 4 healing peptides and inject into the shoulder
2000 bpc/ day
2000 tb500 / day
2500 ghkcu / day
2000 kpv / daySplit am and pm , for 4-6 weeks and it will entiekt get it
After that cut down to 1000 of each / day for another 4-6 , but keep the ghkcu at 2000
And then after that maintenance will be 1 bottle of klow blend a month ( same products , but in one bottle that will be the equivalent of 1700 ghkcu , 350 bpc/tb/kpv a day

That sort of issue I would hit it hard for 4 weeks , 2000 of each a day split am and pm . Can go a bit harder on the ghkcu and do 3000 , as that’s cheaper so makes sense to hit that one hardest .
After the 4 weeks that will be those gone , provided your working around them exercise wise too
After the 4 weeks I would do another 4 at 1000 of each and 2000 ghkcu
And then after that just tick along on the klow or klow + blend if you use anabolics , deviding that bottle by 28 so it lasts a month and then just staying on that as part of your new joint health / anti inflammatory protection , and then when get a knock again , kick it back up for a 4 week hit like the above
