I ran des pre lr3 post for the last couple months , I think it worked insanely fucking well. The moment I am out of this small tidy I’m straight back to it , the areas that I targeted with the des / lr3 grew by far the most during the push!

It’s a hard post to read. Do you talk to anyone about the mental health stuff ? ( I’m being deadly serious, as stuff like this should be very very simple , it you do ANY training , where you apply effort , you transform )
I am absolutely certain that anyone who has these thoughts in their head , wouldn’t be able to build a better physique in a gym , than I could in a park that had a dip and chin bar and that’s all I had access to . Because your stuck in some crazy strange place where you seem to of forgotten that if you apply effort , body adapts , and then you grow . And then you apply more effort , and you grow again etc etc etc
So the more often you apply effort to a bodypart , guess what? It grows more than waiting a week to train the body part again

MemberOctober 31, 2025 at 4:03 pm in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSI hit 273.3 a couple days ago , I’m going to call it there on this push , I was going to do a few weeks more but I’m happy i have got what I need from it , I was 240 15 weeks ago , maxed out at 273.3 , I’m going to do an 8 week tidy , drop a ton of water and then absolutely rocket it all again for another push . I am so so happy with the muscle I gained in that last one , I actually learnt a lot too as it was the highest I had ever ran test , highest eq , highest GH . So no shit I grew rhe most in that period I ever have
I’m going to swap now to :
1g test
1g primo
350mg mast p
50 anavar
50 Winnie / day
Gh down to 1 bottleWill add 20 clen straight from the off
Lower my carbs aswell by 80g on training day , 50g on a rest day
My t3 is 25 and zero t4
In this phase I was to see what a little gc1 does , and then pro forma has some tesofensine coming so I want to try that as it sounds awesome , and I will bump my slu dose a little too , to see what that does
I expect to drop a lot of water fast !

Get the doses straight to it mate , your lean and those doses aren’t silly. Go straight to your 250 eod , 100 eod and 10iu / day and fucking explode while staying lean

So all the usual natural stuff to bring up test , more sleep, less stress , ensure nutrition facilitates efficient hormone production
And then after that if still not where it needs to be , get some test e and get yourself sorted

At 10iu year round , you are sitting 4-5 pounds leaner after say 6 months , than you would be on 4iu . If you are running test at 700mg too ( a dose that will see serum igf hit a level that changes things ) in combo with the 10iu GH , you are hitting igf levels that really change a look . So again let’s say you were doing 200 test 500 mast and 4iu GH , and you went to 700 test and 10iu GH , again at the end of a 6 month period you are also 5-6 pounds more muscled in comparison too . If you really work ur ass off you could easily be 7 pounds leaner and 7 pounds more muscled , just from 10iu GH and 700 test , vs wheee your currently at ( assuming you have been running test lower than 700) .
It’s a big diff , moderate test and a solid GH pulse makes a BIG difference. High test and an even bigger GH pulse again makes a fucking wild diff .

I care about the total mg , and I will then just do whatever is needed to hit it.
