It’s nothing like a pre workout , you want caffiene / stims as usual for the mental focus
This is literally your body being efficient , breathing is efficient , heart rate is efficient. Focus is laser sharp but not like caffiene .

It’s just exposure, so start small , be patient , so it doesn’t disrupt recovery , slowly add more based on recovery . Over time you will be able to do a lot and it not impact

You don’t need to be going silly on the reta at all. It’s only needed at a low dose . Mine is higher as I am taking the piss with gh and the Reta is keeping me insanely sensitive

Get some Reta too , 0.25mg a day , that and mots ( up that to 1mg a day) and you will stay really fucking nice the whole offseason for IS . Reta at the low dose is the absolute key key key .

I knew it would be silly to run the same set up as yday and then feel hypo all evening again . I band my diet into chat and tell it where to jiggle so it calculates my macros quickly for me
Just the 12iu Lantus on wake . Bg ran at mid 5s all session , I felt fucking awesome ! And then I have ample food the rest of the day to feel stable
Lr3 really does drop blood sugars ! So it’s fucking working . I was at 5.8 at the end of the session, took my lr3 . Waited for my rice to cook, 20 mins later I was 4.6 . There is no way I’m dropping like that unless the lr3 is doing that, which means it’s also bringing the anabolism of elevated igf too! Very fuckkng cool! The pro forma ones go on sale next week I believe , it’s a 10 x 100mcg kit , so you could easily do 50mcg a session and that last 20 sessions so a box a month . I’m jsut taking the piss with the dose

I have zero bloat ! And I’m floating around 1mg a day Reta .
I don’t NEED it , but it brings something diff for sure that I can feel helps so much

On wards was just silly low blood glucose all afternoon and eve and it wasn’t fun , I was 3.6 before both my last 2 meals !Clearly the igf , ontop of the Lantus , with the fast slin just causes a bit of a sinkhole
Real igf can cause quite large increases in insulin sensitivity for 6 hours post shot and both my des and lr3 are real , so I think I am quite literallt too insulin sensitive , regardless of forcing up BG , to use insulin . If that’s the case I will spread the carbs a little more to not feel gash all eve lol!
The Mito stack + Reta , just doesn’t call at all for additional slin it seems , beyond a baseline of low dose Lantus that then cleans up anything in the back ground
