Sorry bud , so I added mine to dream sleep at 500mcg and I’m sleeping really well atm . Same with the inject melatonin at 500mcg . I have a lot on my mind daily juggling so many diff things business wise that it’s very very hard to switch off . I gk to bed now thinking , fuck I can’t wait to launch this Dubai warehouse and then thinking where will I set up in Singapore , how will I manage both sites etc etc etc 😂 , but that combo of the 3 defo helps me switch off and I sleep solid

400g carbs is not enough to do this . What else are you eating ? Try to actually be accurate with your diet recall , it helps a lot. Having just competed , you could eat 400g carbs in a single meal and within 2 hours , digested it . So accuracy in your recall is pretty key. I have a feeling you are likely going to say back that’s all your eating though , so if that’s the case I will leave it to some of the others to try to help

Ok so eat less of it . If you know you are over doing it , simply scale it back . If you can’t as food focus is too high , then next time you come to diet you will have to be mindful that you need to beat this rebound
It takes some people 5/6 rebounds until they have the practice at it where they don’t gain weight that they are trying to avoid . If each time you beat the previous , that is great

Seeing as you aromatise a lot I would much rather see eq + test vs nandrolone as the combo of test and nandrolone raises e2 more. But if your set on this one , simply use the arimdex and don’t worry about the mast . The mast is dead mg imo vs nandrolone and test. Lots have their opinion and lots like it to grow , I’m not here to argue that ( I don’t care ) , I’m just sharing mine as someone who has got big big , that I grew by far the most when didn’t have mast taking up any mg in my cycles .
Drive the test and nandrolone up , add more adex as needed , no real rules as just get to 1g in whatever way feels the best. Your going to get higher igf if you can get test higher , so if you can do it 700 test and 300 nandrolone at peak is going to be fucking epic combined with the GH

If you can get some back off and then not fuck it again , then do that . If it leads you to binge more and more , simply get Cals up now to stop binging . Your better off eating 3500/4000 Cals a day from nutrient dense food then you are banging 10,000 Cals from shit , and then 3-4 days at 2000 cal and then another 10,000 cal day

So Reta I would start at 0.25mg a day and run that for a couple weeks . Don’t try to rush that peptide , it bites back hard if it’s rushed and it feels shit . Trust me !! If You are patient , it’s superb and the changes from it are brilliant . After a couple weeks go to 0.3mg a day and then another few weeks potentially 0.4 and then 0.5mg
Mots c 1mg a day , I think this dose is amazing. Doesn’t need to go up
Aod 500mcg on wake , don’t really need to take this up either . Get it in asap from waking
Tesa , 500-1000mcg before bed works well, 1500 works better 🙂 . 2000 is the top end dose , but it gets expensive
Ghkcu 1500mcg-1700mcg a day is perfect as a year round dose
Lr3 50 pre and 50 post works amazingly well

Yes but they shine mostly for gut issues or when food is high and digestion is compromised . If you run ever into gut stress issues save for them and then properly hit the injects . It’s the exact protocol Corinne ran post bicep re attachment surgery , she was back in bjj trianjng in 8 weeks ! Was in tbe gym with weights immediately and by 5/6 weeks training fully on that bad side
Kuba ran the same protocol the last 4 weeks following his bicep tear aswell
It’s is an insane diff at those doses

Getting close to the injury site isn’t a must , just pin sub q in the upper leg
For the first 14 days
3000mcg a day of each of those , get kpv inject and run the same and LL37 500mcg / dayAfter 2 weeks lower to 2000 / day
After 6-8 weeks lower to 1000 a day
This protocol has worked insanely well
So you will need more bpc tb and some kpv ll37

Because I originally had 100mg standalone bottles
I now have klow which is 50mg . If your taking all 4 of the peptides , can get away with a bit lower , unless skin tightness is your specific goal then use 2000 ish
