Dsip + inject melatonin combo ! I have never seen or used inject melatonin but the oral is very widely used and the inject is then 100 percent bioavaikable , using the combo myself from tonight

Theirs looks like a liquid oral, so don’t take that by injection lol

If it’s hplc tested and it’s legit , fuck yes . Obv I’m invested in pro forma , they have just released a 1500 version . But I’m still the same as I am with supps , aslong as you are buying legit stuff , where the people in charge give a shit , then I’m happy . I noticed instantly that 4-5 peptide sites all rolled out hplc testing in September that they weren’t doing before , that was because of me forcing that issue . That makes me happy

No, it will help with growth . I thought it leant more into the fat loss side but after understanding it fully it’s defo a year round drug like the mots and the rest of the stack . I’m doing 300 am and 300 pre workout for this last week.
I have the inject version too that’s 1500mcg / ml , and obv that’s 100 percent absorbs room and only needs 20iu shots so that’s fucking cool ! Taking that pre workout I could feel it a lot!

When I am 10 years older like he was , and in my mid 40s , it will be perfect . As it’s sub maximal feeder sets that accumulate fatigue to keep loading down . For now it’s the polar opposite of how I train and I would get smaller very quickly doing it . It will be a lovely way for me to downsize and keep my body healthy when the time comes .

If I did 9 sets of triceps on a sat and then tried to train them again Monday they would get weaker and I would lose sizs
If you want bigger arms
Upper
Lower
RestStart every upper with
2 set push downs
1 set of dips / dip machineStart every lower with 3 sets curls
That’s it repeat repeat repeat
3 sets , every 3 sleeps
Do that for a year and your arms will explode
Biggest issue for the arm crowd is they then get distracted by shit arm plans that have 9 sets and then train them again 2 sleeps later lol
