I am very surprised mate . I never care to look at my arms as they hit peak isb size and then haven’t really gotten beyond that , as just hit a genetic limit I imagine. And then this morning I was like , fuck my biceps look very diff !

Pull was great , I can really fucking see my biceps improving faster than they ever have before, there is no way this isn’t the igf des and lr3 pre and post ! Same for my glutes , they are growing fast !!

Eveyrhjng you have listed here is smart ! And if your able to progress lifts then they will improve a lot , so then it’s about managing knee health outside of it with the supps/peptides
Have you tried igf lr3 before ? That post workout 2 x a week into quads will make a big difference

Reta, cag , sema and tirz are now off the PF site , as per keeping inline with mhra guidelines and GLP one drugs . However it’s likely we will be able to list them again in future so we will sit on our stock for when that happens .
