Start now , 0.5mg a day as you’re going to be hungry . If 0.5 feels ok , go 0.6 , 0.7 etc Upto 1mg daily . Post show 1mg daily is going to keep you from binging !!
Gh , do it in the night if possible. Or make sure pre bed meal is carb free

So try it and lower it based on needs. Its primary function is to reduce appetite . So if you want to use it , get lean lean , use it to offset appetite , so you can use insulin and hgh to their full extent without rapid declines in insulin sensitivity

I was hoping at some point I would get to use some fast slin , even just a little , as I need to offset that fuckery intra with the amino uptake . The glucose inhibition I clearly am doing myself. 12iu GH can’t touch me haha , me and reta lol. But to correct the amino disruption that’s going to take a bit of exogenous
Then I thought, maybe I forgot what Milos meant with his hyper insulin levels and it wasn’t just about glycogen but also about amino acids ! ( it was 9 years ago, I do have a gd memory but some stuff slips )
So then the next thought is, well if I can take more aminos intra and drive them all more efficiently and create a way more anabolic environment and it not just be about glucose clearing , why wouldn’t I do that , knowing I have reta to actually alllw me to do that at supra physiological levels without a decline in fasted BG to the same extent
So , in going to vastly move my carbs to the workout perimeter and force my BG up to allow for more insulin
The diff to when I did this before is the carbs weren’t moved they were added ! . I have 689g carbs a day atm , so I can move them hugely and not impact my energy balance and if anything I’m going to partition nutrients cleaner this way
So my pre meal will go to 130c my intra to 180c and my pwo to 180c
That is going to afford me some insulin use at least and hopefully a bit! I will see how it goes with the BG monitor and see what I can get away with
The session today was brilliant . My energy was outrageous , I took 2 caps dada and 2 caps ittp pre and my fitness was a joke ! Never ever felt that fit in a session ever
I also have decided to just bin off the primo totally without the taper , so total mg will be 3400 , I’m going to initially run I’m going to run 2g test and 1400 eq , but I need to front load the eq because of the ester being so long to be able to hit levels to illicit e2 control , so I will double up the eq for 1 week to get it to peak plasma levels faster and then drop it back to 1400 after a week and continue as planned tapering upto 4g but based on feel that may all come from test . So ending 2600 test 1400 eq. We shall see , I don’t care what the ratio is , just 4g where I feel as good as can be doing 4g drugs , 24iu GH and hopefully some insulin lol!

No but did you notice the Reta hit your breathing at all ?
I personally did , so I moved mine to much later in the evening when I was then properly relaxing in that last hour before bed and it didn’t hit me the same

If you want to prolong it so it stays perfect all push up , add some Reta , 0.25 per day likely do it
