No, my actual preference for rest pause sets are myo reps style. Failing at 15 reps first set , 5-7 breaths between failure points. 4-5 failure points

Great session today , was my higher rep back session but I did something different with the order of movements . It allowed for more total load across the session which I thought it would

Rest pausing or straight sets is about recovery. They are the same thing but one extends the set to multiple failure points. So they are used when recovery allows for that much muscle damage . I interchange the two based on recovery capabilities – which for me are only dictated really by volume and frequency , as no other factors interfere. Hopefully that answers your question. And yes the goal is always to be able to do more total work be it reps , load.

Mike no, not interested if I’m honest. I can contract my chest well , it’s not a weak body part for me . Even if it was , reverse band work is fine

The aggressiveness with that push I would say was in the food and the duration of the push . The drugs were right imo. I had been upto 255 the year before as my heaviest. I probably only needed to go to 265 as looked gd there but kept going. Eventually u need more drugs yes. But you can get a very long way off not v much If work hard

Superb session today ! Gd pumps , performance . I was FUCKED at the end . As I was strong from the superdrol so my work was all just better combined with higher fitness again – I feel like my training ar this point is the absolute best , it hit me at the end and I nearly fainted after leg raises , which sounds hilarious haha . Corinne was on hand – blowing cold air on me until my face went from white back to a normal colour lol.

Correct I run low test in offseason because with high food, high insulin, high bodyweight I hold even more water . So I run lower test. And feel much better . Mood/ strength / etc doesn’t change . Just I can walk better , breath better and eat better

I don’t feel any diff in terms of mood , look, strength . The only diff is I hold more water and that makes it harder for me to train and eat

Acer doesn’t matter imo just when u test keep that consistent for the next test u do.

Mike if u read back matey I explain that adjustment , but to recap… test was too low to a.i use , I was too flat – estro would of bottomed out . So we altered a.i and upped test . ( defo try to keep reading , as u would of been VERY close to the answer already , remember I always explain everything , literally every little change I explain why in this journal 🙂 )
To add, I will still always run low test in offseason , when npp is in there too , or eq, they aramotise enough to bring up estro .

I just googled, isn’t a legal consequence if you donate . I would still donate myself but they banned me from it because someone must of reported an IG pic of me donating blood, talking about lowering hematocrit. I don’t advise blood letting , just go donate
