263.6 today , with superdrol in this week I don’t anticipate dropping much this week as will end fuller and the change in gh later in the week I’m sure will make a diff . So if my weight is only 261/262 end of the week that’s probably about right imo . Visually the look should be decent there 🙂

Rest for me chaps .
Training will stay the same next week so just to outline my approach . When I can rotate rep ranges really efficiently I really like legs at 3 times a week but low volume .
So mon : 3 sets of heavy compound work , 1 leg curl rest pause , 2 leg extension straight sets
I can recover from that in 48 hours to hit:
1 very light high rep compound set but after a light leg extension rest pause. Goal here is as much blood as poss in the muscle but using light load as poss and just making sure all the tension is spot on. 1 leg curl rest pause set here tooFri: because was only 1 compound set my legs feel pretty ok here and because they don’t get hit again until Monday I can hit quads a bit more , 4 sets of medium rep compound work 12-15 stuff with 1 rest pause leg extension
Sat : Ham work at the end of back, 1 rest pause set leg curl and 1 hyper rest pause
So how that fits with upper :
Mon: light push work then heavy legs
Wed: heavy back then light legs
Fri: heavy push with moderate quads
Sat : light back with moderate hamsI defo can run this for a few weeks. Because the sessions burn so many cals we have pulled clen totally back out now for this week. It will be back am sure as I find it such an effective tool

Max I got some d4 stuff bud. The rohm one is my fav , it will be here soon as sure . So that and the pharmacy gh will help a lot next week – as I’m not sure how real mine currently are as the whole fucking pen and cartridge snapped yday as I was loading the water –

I usually do mine sat/ mon . I have done stuff as late as wed but i prob wouldn’t do that again.

Macros for the week, we have pulled the clen to 2 on 2 off after a week of it solid, I didn’t think there was scope for that but condition has improved a lot this week .
I have some gh coming next week that’s from the pharmacy , so I know it’s 100percent real. We will do 7iu/day of that next week still and then I did 20mg superdrol pre wo today so that will stay.
The session was flat , I think yday left me pretty smashed but it was the high rep back work and hams to finish today

We have just taken intra carbs back up a touch again for this week as the sessions are crazy , so it’s the last diet I posted but an additional 25g carbs back in. Superdrol going in at 20mg pre wo from today too , so that combo of more carbs and that should just see a nice diff 🙂

I just train in the waist trainer
No cardio I don’t need formal cardio anymore . I’m heavy and start on lots of food and my sessions burn tons of cals , I will only need dog walks at the end

To add when I’m all the way down it won’t be a clear weakness , it just won’t ever be a strength . I won’t ever have really crazy blocky ab muscles because I just think the muscle fibres are too fucked

No , I don’t know anyone that’s pushed their bodyweight up like I have , I will be 100 pounds heavier onstage this year than my first ever comp. 100 pounds of muscle gain will take its toll . Train my abs really really hard 🙂 🙂

I was happy with that pic this morn but immediately on wake my abs still lack depth though. I think from all the eating and distending that the ab muscles them selves are just shot from the inside . They feel it to touch , the right side is all torn up and feels like mesh under the skin rather than muscle fibre , so it’s basically thinned out from being pushed outwards I think
