Setting 2 is a waste of time , zero load in the stretch , it’s a rehab setting , start with setting 1 . What’s your training frequency ?

In the realism of growing muscle to look good / big , no , it’s not . Not a single big bodybuilder EVER has ever even considered it , they just trained hard with the movements we all know , and they grow . I got to my biggest ever , without knowing that info at all. Is it useful to know as science progresses, yes I would say so. And it’s info I utilise now because it’s info I know.

The volume for the 6 on ( 3 sleeps ) , is the same as ULR volume , so looking at 2-4 sets per muscle group . Chest defo won’t be able for 4 , it will be 2 . Hams aren’t able for 4 it’s usually 3 . Eveyrhjng else can be 4 if it’s needed from a strengths /weakness perspective

MemberFebruary 9, 2026 at 8:13 am in reply to: JP prep 2024/25 – NO OFF TOPIC QUESTIONSJust tweaking this cycle a bit more , for those that follow me you will know I do this constantly , it’s not because I like to change , it’s because trying to manage this weight but hit the target mg and then progress etc , all while feeling semi ok , I find really hard . ( probably why there is no one else my body weight at my height , it’s really fucking shit lol!)
So the test down at 700 with tbe primo and mast made it instantly very tolerable , but I want to creep my test a bit , so have gone to 1g , primo is 1.4g still ( annoying shot volume but I do want that in now over eq , it’s cleaner as doesn’t have the estrone , it is defo flatter though, but that’s fine as test will be higher . The 700 mast I have just lowered to 560 and added 140 nandrolone back in . My knees really fucking love it, even just a ljttle .

Nandrolone will have some sodium retention too , not as much as test . Combo of high test and high nandrolone and high gh , will see a boatload of water regardless of lean and e2 under control

I don’t think it’s the best split but also I know many are pretty set on 6 days
The volume would be low , it’s basically just full body split in half
