Pick movements you can do over and over and over where they progress for ages . Those will likely be mid range / lengthened bias movements , as they have the longest runway for your muscular adaptations to illicit their force production on which then allows for + 1

You can’t get 4ml into the vial , so yes 7.5
I also think if you really want the endurance , get some oral slu too , take the 1mg mots daily , an hour before sessions with 2 caps of slu , I bet you are insaneeeee fitness wise with the combo . I spoke Matt Jansen and he said that combo especially the slu addition made his triathlon training just go mental

Make sure you mix it with 3ml , it’s high dosed so needs lots to dilute .

I said I would update once I have settled on a cycle , the last few days have been even split test/eq/nandrolone , I think that will need to see eq be lowered a touch and test be raised a touch at around week 7-8 , we shall see

If people lose their product and we can’t get it back for them, that doesn’t sit well with me at all, that’s the issue , even if we say that it’s the customer risk , I don’t like it , I don’t want people to lose out and be out of pocket
