    Stefan and I already chatted over lots of the smaller details yday and we agreed on every aspect which was cool as obv hewasn’t here so I had to be his eyes. Next time I will be so pleased when we are all together , I think that will make Corinne v calm too .

    Ok so update from San Marino

    Corinne looked epic! Best stage look yet . But it can be SO much better still. Stefan and I controlled the carb up and I relayed the info to him and we all came to good decisions , I think next time , Stefan being with us before Corinne depletes and seeing how she looks and then us doing that final week all together in person will change a lot of decisions , as they are just impossible calls to make over pics. One of the pics we took you literally couldn’t see anything as this damn hotel was so dark and once Corinne was tanned you could not see a thing , but she looked epic , so I just had to relay the look here and agree the plan moving forward , that makes it damn hard work to get things correct when dealing with a metabolism like Corinne . She did a 2.5 day load , the final day she had 12 meals! Eating all night too until the stage , took in fuck knows how many carbs and it literally doesn’t do much at all! It’s crazy really . So once we have that down, I think she can be a whole step forward again , I have a Gd idea of what would work based on what I have observed again this week and what we learnt earlier in the year from her peaks then

    Fabian , yes, I really feel much better when water retention is low, I can’t tell you how hard it gets for me to handle it when I’m heavy, so atm I’m 275 , end of 2 week cruise , I think I can roughly hold this if I keep training so hard. after 8 weeks and I blast and have the scope for more food , I wil go upto 290 for sure and that is just shit up there! Everything all day is brutal , so the least water I hold the better I can handle it . I can keep growing for sure but not if I feel utterly wank .

    James , you will need to micro load . Progress does come slowly because when actually stressing the muscle , it’s no way as strong as we like to think it is, drop the eccentrics to 3 , there isn’t always a need for that and you don’t have to squeeze , if you have perfect control, just nail the rep and move back into eccentric

    Back today here in San Marino , food has all been on point , and I trained so fucking hard!

    “How to find your lats ”
    Activation work : 4 sets 15/12/10/8 , increasing weight each set. No failure

    Single arm Lat row : WANk strength curve on this techno gym kit, made getting the Lat short a total prick; and deloaded to zero at the stretch; but did 3 sets here , narrow , nuetral grip thumbs up

    7/9/12 , lowered weight each set

    Single arm Lat pull: standard cable pull, using a single handle: just scooted over to one side of the seat slightly , pulled elbow to hip. 7/9/12 , lowered weight each set

    Eccentric deadlifts : lower the weight for 4 seconds to the floor, v lightly touch the floor , but basically just hover , for 1
    Second , and then pull hard.

    180kg X 12 , 220kg X 8

    Upper back row : 3
    Sets , scapula retraction focus on the same wank strength curve machine but this time a wide handle pronated grip – this hit lower traps /rhomboids

    Next I wanted to do incline shrugs but no where to do them: and I couldn’t be fucked to faff with dumbells .
    So did a high cable pull for upper traps. 2 sets of 12

    Rear delt cables 3
    Sets of 8-12

    Biceps machine 4
    Sets 8-12

    Toe press for calves 3 sets 8

    I will rest tmo and do legs sat

    Nick with meals for those with full time jobs, the structure is based around when they can take breaks . If they have a proper lunch break that’s a solid meal. If they get no others It will be q shake and oil/nuts meal. Then pre wo a solid meal as they fin work before heading to gym. Carbs are based around their activity levels. Busy day = more carbs. Sedentary day = less carbs .

    So I finished my blast on 1g primo , 500 test and 600 npp. I have come to h conclusion I only like now drugs that hold no water. So when I blast next I’m not even going to up my test: it’s at 300
    Now and it’s going To stay there. I’m either going to be blasting with tren + mast and more primo in, or cruising on just low test and primo. This has me looking and feeling the best:

    So this will be an 8 week cruise then 12 week blast then 8 week cruise before I start prep again.

    Insulin is just 12iu pre leg day . Was 10iu but just taken it up. I’m not using slin at any other point

    So I’m resting today as I travelled today , was 5am start to the day. Which always leaves me fucked .

    I did pull/legs/push the last 3 days , il do pull tmo, Nathan de asha just messaged me saying One of the other kuwait lads saw me at the airport , Nath gets here tmo so we will do back n them legs fri 🙂

    I have all my gear with me, seeing as I’m cruising I even packed my insulin and gh this week as I don’t want to miss Anythjng. These 8 week cruise are so damn important I don’t drop an ounce of tissue or let body Comp slide

    Nick, who is Adam haha? I am sitting here thinking , whoooo is Adam , am I being slow? Haha

    Since we pulled the meal in the night I am back to a Gd 9-10 hour fast as I sleep a lot and this has helped SO much. My rest day is 5 meals and I have been getting that last meal in a couple hours before bed so that’s about 11-12 hours . It is working brilliantly 🙂 .

    So I’m in San Marino, Corinne looks absurdly Gd , I got her ready upto this point but Stefan is helping out now too as he is just too brilliant at what he does to not have his insight . After this Comp too, Stefan will fully prep Corinne , I think this is the best idea because I could of killed her in this last couple weeks lol! And I think for her to be her absolute best, it needs to now be a perspective that isn’t so close that it causes rows. I will still train Corinne and control that aspect because we are so effective training
    Together but I am pretty pleased that I won’t ever have to tell her what to eat again haha, for anyone that preps their partners they will know just how draining this can be on even the most solid relationship.


    Mid way through the second cruise week, appetite and digestion are great , I can see body’s look changing , less full and hard looking . But that’s expected , I mostly just don’t want to get fat

    That is why I was needing absurd high days clearly and still dropping and just getting flatter and flatter . It was v helpful for even fat as Stefan said, but I think it hurt me with how flat I got and them at the end I struggled with digestion when I removed the pgf.

    I don’t feel I have stubborn areas this season at all, my calipers are defo v tidy for this weight all well sub 10mm

    I’m on push pull legs split , mostly 2
    On 1 off , but I chuck in extra rest days as and when and then do 3 on 1 off as and when.

    Didn’t film legs. I’m not filming every single session I do.

    Legs today , we filmed pull yday so that will be with u guys in a couple days 🙂

    Week 1 of my cruise down, I’m 272 so dropped off a little more weight as the week went on, initially from pulling the food intolerances and then a few rest days

    My calipers are lean:

    Using hardendens, done by Corinne who is trained in how to use them.

    sub scap : 6.5mm
    Lower back fattest part : 7.5mm
    Glutes fattest part : 9.1mm

    My weight will likely stay around 272-275 during this cruise I foresee.

    The sweet spot for gear haha. I love that phrase 🙂 . I’m so glad that over here on this forum we are long past that thought process

    No pgf in this phase . I think it’s kept my glutes and lower back leaner now I’m
    Heavy again. But I over did that drug , this is where prepping urself can hurt u especially when not experienced with certain compounds, I was feeling out pgf for myself and over did it for sure . I’m not sure if I will use it next year , but if I do it will be VERY Low dose

    The goal is always to get incredibly strong , I think I have said this 10000 million times over now lol. The goal is to lift what u were before with precise perfect form. Just work on that premise and you will grow faster than previous even lifter lighter. It shouldn’t be “much” lighter unless form before was truly wank. Then that form won’t of been doing much for muscle growth anyways

    Hey Kevin, keep reading and u will find all the answers to those questions but just to re iterate. I like to do things daily , habitual . Take my vitamins , do my gh,
    Take my probiotics etc etc. I do my injections the same. I create consistencies which I never miss.

    Re tren the and npp, I think I was doing that in Jan time? About then. Anyways – that analogy would then hold true also for any injectables that illicit their effects via the androgen receptor ? As all
    Drugs compete for sites. So again I previously answered this, but high tren makes me feel a bit shit when heavy, high npp does when heavy,
    Moderate of both doesn’t bring the same
    Sides but all benefits of total amount of Aas. I think the idea of not running both stemmed from forums and ppl
    Having no real first hand experience wth drugs and the effects. Often in that situation I tell ppl to just try it and then formulate their own decisions
