If fb eod is off the cards ( that’s defo what I would do if I could only train eod ) , then UL eod is next best

If your hitting this volume I would just train ppl 3 on 1 off , or lower your volume and run u/l 2 on 1 off

Primo alters lipids the same as a.i , if you control e2 , lipids change
1.5g total , and it being from test , mast , primo , I wouldn’t be worried about lipids at all
So I would go 200 test , 200 primo , 1100 mast
And then after 6-8 weeks run bloods again , and make small adjustments again based on that

In the past what are your peak total mg doses ? As I wouldn’t increase test , I would likely just add a little primo so 200mg should see this then all feel much better , and then the rest of your cycle from mast . I’m confident then any sides you have will go

I haven’t tried it , I will see if I can find a decent source and run it , as atm everything I’m doing is very unchanged and literally only slight cal decreases and slight movement increases , so if something then changes my rate of drop I will be able to tell instantly that it is that

Sldl isn’t a great ham exercise , if you want ham, load the hyper , the less lower back strain means that every 3 sleeps is fine
