Paul, yup when I had slightly less control of the weight compared to now, I was popping stuff often. Just be mini tears, literally a few fibres going pop. Causes a little pain but nothing much and mostly just annoyance as if you push it,

I would look at curcumin , omega 3 and then cissus supplementation . This should help. Bpc 157 is a great option too

Rest day today , I’m 273 this am composition slowly changing on the cruise but nothing too bad. Should be able to look OK by the end of cruise , we shall see .

Hey Matt , it depends when I compete next year . I’m still undecided , but if I cruise again then il use low doses of tren. If I go into prep after this cruise il start on npp as won’t be long until I swap out.
No anabolics are healthy , none of what we do is healthy , so just stay ontop of blood work and checks and make sensible decisions , for me excess water weight isn’t good
During the night atm just pepto pro
the main hormone for me is primo. I really do feel this at 1g is the best drug you can take for great progress .

I want to zip through this next couple weeks just to see how much I can hold my look on this cruise , 2 and bit weeks in doesn’t show much as long esters still be knocking about . It’s only really the v end , 8-12 weeks when u have to really scrap to hold it. I did a 16 week cruise start of 2015 before working with milos and that clear out did me a lot of Gd as I grew like crazy once ramped it up

I have mentioned before that it’s not a MUST , but I do think it’s of value . Getting all the cals in offseason is hard , that training window is an easy time to get in 800-1000 cals 🙂

More is not better with cardio imo, UNLESS you are very overweight and health is a major concern , then building upto more activity is the best answer
For Bpdybuilding , ask if you NEED it or can you create that deficit for fat loss from lowering cals

Jdh it doesn’t need to get any more scientific than that , that is exactly what’s going on 🙂
Firstly ask if cardio is a MUST , can you do more volume , more metabolic work?
Then if it is, as far from gym is best . If that’s not feasible I would look to lower cals.
If it’s for fitness , try to do some kind of strongman work , carries / pushes – pulls on the sleds
