274, only dropped a couple pounds from peak weight of 276.8 in this run. So not too bad, il likely drop off more water this weekend , as the npp/test leave system.
I was meant to rest but after I fin exams yday I wanted to do legs. So hit that bloody hard.
V squat 7 plates x 10, 8 plates x 8 , 9 plates x 5
Leg extension 200kg/side x 15, 220kg / side x 10
Single leg extensions , 3 sets of 10-15 ( this drops the load, pressure on my knees more doing single leg)Lying ham curl 1 x 20 , 1 x 15
Hypers , 20/15/12 reps
Single leg lying ham 7/11 reps
Adductor on cable using ankle strap, 1x 15 , 1×8
5 sets of 20 rep hanging leg raiseCouldn’t do calves , have pulled something in my right calf, super sore to walk

Yup. My workout supplements haven’t changed for a v long time .
I don’t bother with pre intra post, it’s just one shake that I start 20 mins pre and finish by time I stop training . We have one stomach, separating them doesn’t make much sense, I used to do it , but for the last 2 years it’s all been one shake
5g creatine
10g citrulline
6g beta alanine
Whatever carb allowance is from cyclic dextrin/ which alters depending on goal

Jorge I grow so much better off npp. But your right I get watery, u can see it in my face! When I have npp out , test low, my face is half the size. Right now my face holds like 4 pounds of water lol.
I have a tough decision to make, re add the npp at start of prep , or go with a cycle that from the off keeps me less watery.
So I either go back in with tren/npp/test , or go in with test/primo/tren. Npp is more anabolics for growth vs primo, but being able to see what’s WhAt from the off could be nice.
I’m leaning towards the primo option and going in at :
700mg test
700mg primo
500mg tren eAnd then adding as I go, like usual. So first to go in will be some supervar injectable pre wo ( superdrol+anavar mix, 40mg of each) . Then il prob add masteron at 700mg and then winny tabs at 50mg/day and then halo at 20-30mg/day and that should do me. Lots of decisions to make but il just asses as I go.
Just about to board a flight to Vienna , seminar tmo in grafenworth which should be awesome , hopefully can share everything that I try to get across here on the site , which isn’t easy in just 3 hours đ
Craig, I can get pharmacy a.i so easy so it make sense to just get those. I totally trust the guy who makes the d4net stuff, that’s all I will use all cycle,

About it if u have to cut it back as u will constantly feel like you have been hit by a bus/ tranquillised when your doing more than can recover from. I’m pushing my recovery again ATM to see what I can do, see if additional volume is of benefit. It’s a hard balance to find, and v person dependant. Your log book is a great feedback tool imo , when lifts stall regardless of how well your controlling your variables ( sleep, food, hydration, stress) then it’s possible your doing too much.trainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |

At that body comp yes, I’d go upper lower for defo and really look to challenge yourself every session with huge energy demands to try to bring down body fat levels đ

Jorge, defo look a little sharper, that was all water for defo. il likely move off more water from the npp leaving nd then il take somepics in maybe a week, then it will be a gd reflection of where I’m at before then start to get flat from the lower drugs.
274 ths am, rest again today, super hungry running second consecutive low day. so il add in some more food today, can feel my weight will drop if I dnt as my rest days as low cal
