id take to single leg work for a while, prioritise lunges, split squats, leg extensions, leg presses.
limber 11 is the best protocol for overall mobility , as I cant really tell if this is stemming from your hips or your spine, or knees, so look to increase overall mobility

as chris has said, its person dependant. I mention this a lot that I wont use drugs that make me feel shit, so high test even with 1mg arimidex a day, caused water retention that gives me headaches, hits my blood pressure and makes it hard to breath, so I don’t do it, I use other compounds that don’t aramotise to the same extent. luckily atm I’m getting so well with inject dbol and oxy, my bp is high still 138/90 , but its not reckless high, I have just got some Lisinopril, which I’m going to use alongside because I don’t want my bp being where it is now.
it worries me that people say 1000mg is where the magic happens. for me 200mg was where the magic happened, and then it happened again at 400mg, and then again when I added dbol. then again when I added whatever else I did and was still down using 500mg test and 150mg npp. the magic happened at every single one of these points as I added 7-10 pounds of muscle every year , for the last 9 years. if you need a set dose to see some magic, you aren’t training hard enough I’m afraid

you could add a little more here and that wouldn’t be a bad idea imo, your dose is low and you are being sensible, so maybe 8 more weeks with some added npp at 150-200mg/week. if at 200 you notice libido drop, add 50mg proviron per day. after 16 weeks or so on, dropping back to 150-200mg / week cruise test only, clear out phase then bloods and go again 🙂

id only use them with carb meals, and if the goal is increasing insulin sesnitvity, id focus carbs at the workout perimeter, 200-250mg ala is a gd dose with pre and post workout meals

hey Jorge, nothing I didn’t already know matey 🙂 , a lot of the issue in terms of being soft was from just how flat I went. but yup there is conditioning to be improved upon for sure

273, pull today , back to rotation of exercises previously hit and all numbers where up. added in one set of high rep single arm dumbbell just to see if an increase in volume, hinders recovery, since swapping back to this split I do feel there is a dose response to volume per session on growth, as simply I’m growing faster now than previous, and that is the change.low row 105kg/side x 7, 80kg x 12

over reach is too many weeks without a deload yes, so overall fatigue is high that I’m struggling to recover between sessions. so a week off and il be ready to rock again for another 8 or so weeks.
273.8 , heaviest weight in this run so far, look is ok. il take some pics in a few weeks to show where I’m at

chris, I personally stopped using workout food when I was with genetic, for one reason – no label clarity. I’m not suggesting at all they are being iffy with it, but I wont use something without label cality. buy ingredients separate, I still use genetic pepto pro, and I use redcon cyclic dextrin combined with breach , as that brings electrolytes and glycerol

you can use the two together, be v careful as the combo may see faster drop in blood sugars, I haven’t ever used the two, but I can see that occurring
those time frames look correct, so either / or really 🙂
