272.4 , I’m starting to over reach for sure, recovery is hard!
started with leg extension feeder sets today, trying to work out the best way to stimulate growth, while my left leg is battered. right leg is half inch bigger now then left too, so left isn’t firing well…. deep tissue this week did seem to help

having fixed form, that’s a 2-3 second eccentric, and then powerful conenctric is how we lift on everything really. the goal is max overload to force max adaptation. TUT will see a rise in metabolic stress, but that vs loading…doesn’t even remotely compare when it comes to building dense muscle

pull today, so this is my 4th variation of the session.
upper back row hammer strength , 105kg / side x 11, 90kg x 13 ( I do this move in another session but 3rd exercise in, I keep it in 2 as it really suits my mechanics, I connect so well with it. when I hit my highest bodyweight last year, I was doing this move frequently )

ah that would be awesome buddy, its only an hours drive from Birmingham too which is where the uni will be ( assuming they rebook the same venue) , so u can do both while ur over 🙂

271.2 after ydays rest day, went and checked the venue for our comp next year, is V V nice. costs are reasonable too, so Victoria hall, stoke is the confirmed venue. dates I’m waiting to see when ukbff finals are and nabba universe are, so I can slot between the two 🙂 , if they run consecutive weekends, il run with a September date

ah I’m happy to share, I went through a period when I first got back to school couple months ago where I struggled to keep up with questions so a lot of the repeat ones I was skipping over, but now I’m settled and I can keep up with work I’m trying to answer everything as best I can 🙂 , I’m glad its useful though as that’s always my aim 🙂
graham I’m glad you came and said hi, I will always say hello and be polite, I hate guys that cant spare 2 mins just to be polite. only time maybe is dog end of prep , but then I try to train when the gym is so quiet that I can shy away from people a little more lol
andy, defo, if you under recover, over train/under train, muscles can regress.

I think a break now is wise after 17 weeks, you can hold everything for sure, insulin pre and pwo would help a lot as would the mk677 , the scales would likely hold as you will be adding in insulin and mk677

your much less likely to get sides from primo. so using 150mg of test, just to replicate a natural dose and then using primo, could be a gd option to avoid that acne

it doesn’t matter what meal you have, I have my gh with carb meals, some I have with pro fat meals. your injecting an exogenous hormone, nothing blunts this

Christian, if an in offseason and in a caloric surplus, there is no fat burning occurring, so no..i don’t use it. it maybe useful at limiting fat gains, in sync with yohimbine…. I haven’t tried it, so cant comment. the l carn shots are big and annoying, so il use it when only have to.
john, my blood work hasn’t ever flagged that as an issue. depending on where your body fat is at, if your eating in accordance to energy demands, and how hard you train – will impact on this the most. I pretty much never over eat, I only eat carbs when I need them and I train damn hard, so in regards to isulin sensivity/ resistance .. that’s never going to be an issue for me.
Michael. likely just a shake , a complete protein and something that digests easy with it, like coconut oil. it depends more so what your goals are, if you use an intra shake too?… if so keep meal 1 light and quick and gthen start inta shake as u train

hey james, no there is no growing going down when injured, the goal is try to not lose any muscle and heal up asap. my left leg is growing still, but not as quick as right, I can spot an inbalance now. v minor, but its there. so I’m having treatment tonight to see if I can get it healing a bit faster from some extra blood flow.
271.8 this am, happy with look. waist trainer isn’t that hard to wear now, I crack it on once up , rest days have it on all day. training days I take it off to train, then back on again after.
28 weeks out this coming weekend, 10 more to push up a touch or just harden up around here – take that as it comes based on look. 2 more weeks blasting anabolics, then 8 week cruise/bridge
Corinne has asked to do the worlds too in Russia, her previous nabba showings would allow her to, but I don’t think they will let her as last comp was WFF , v strange interaction between nabba UK and nabba international, we spoke to greame lancefield, president of nabba aus and wff and part of nabba international, he said no one else minds, apart from nabba uk. nabba uk banned 3 of the best internatonal girls from doing the universe this year as they had done wff comps … hmmm. just imposs to get away from the politics it seems, sad really to not be able to see the bigger picture that it just frustrates people for no real benefit. imo v few people then think, ah ye I’m going to stay SO loyal to a fed that doesn’t let me compete elsewhere seeing as I do this for fun, as an amateur… all it does is piss people off who just want to compete wherever they want, for the fun of it.
anyways we are off to view a venue tomorrow for our comp with the PCA, as I mentioned before, it will be 10k prize money split across all classes ( that is coming straight from out pocket, so if I can get sponsors onboard, we will be able to get that prize money higher) and I’m pals with JUstin Compton who I should be able to have guest pose for us. Should be a fun day for everyone 🙂
