    Hey guys, so this week food has digested great , I have been doing 700g carbs training day and it’s sitting well with 9iu Insulin pre and post , last week did 8 and week before the rest week did 7. In going to still creep it to 10 and 10, as my food amounts can easily handle that ( remember don’t just up slin and then up food, take slin proportionately to whah your diet can allow, check the insulin part 1 and 2 videos for the info here)

    Heaviest I have been so far is 266 , where I managed to fill up really well. After the sessions because they are so hard I notice I fill
    Up better from some then others. When I’m really trashed, I don’t seem to fill up that well. I was 264 this morn and I feel next week another carb increase to training day and then a little more fats on rest day will be wise.

    Some of the new content is going up today /tomorrow and then over the next week. The training videos where gd , because we are training really damn hard 🙂

    Ryan, I see it as no problem at all buddy. Ear to what you can handle appetite wise , i keep playing around with my workout foods to be able to digest the best I’m doing :

    Pwo meal
    2 bagels + jam, coco pops + choc shreddies+tub of sorbet + 3 nutrigrain bars + protein from redcon isotope and I have extra redcon breach

    2 hours later
    3 nutrigrain bars + ground rice + fruit + more isotope.

    Then after that I’m back to steak and avocado

    Dorian, do you know the cause of the acne ? Is it from drugs you are using ? Is it from changes to diet? Are you showering immediately on finish training to try to help?

    Danny I used a whey ISO, a
    High quality whey ISO will not be an issue at all 🙂 , failing that use almond milk which is what I do majority of time, just couldn’t find any in be Brazilian supermarkets

    Hey Andrew, I’d likely use the slin on days where you are really able to utilise a lot of fuel , so the higher volume days would be wise 🙂

    Big noise pre workout

    Intra 100g carbs from cluster bomb, 3 scoops of breach. Then il top up with pepto pro, from either still genetic supplements- their pepto pro is great, or bodybuilding wharehouse.

    Then redcon isotope as my whey

    I have some of the double tap and Corinne is using that and really likes it. I won’t use that until I diet again.

    The fade out I’m yet to try.

    I’m tempted to also try the somal products pre workout , I shall think more about that

    Hey guys, busy week again here as back in London for the last stint of moving . I will be happy to not have to do that trip up and down again.

    I’m glad you liked the q n a vid, I sometimes worry with those that they could end badly being trolled and people ruining it, but it was gd fun. So il do another next Sunday, as I’m recording ped radio Tmo and that is usually a couple hours long, I can’t hold concentration for that plus a live a q n a haha 🙂

    Joe, I would run an upper / lower split, check the articles section buddy there are splits in there ; I had the web guys put them back up :)m

    Hey Gary, I think a gd cyclic dextrin powder is wise intra alongside your creatine and bcaa, if you use bcaa be sure to use a complete protein powder ontop as soon as fin: so a whey isolate.
    I advise the Redcon stuff as that’s what I’m using going forward, I feel the formulas are decent 🙂 , so the cluster bomb and breach intra workout will be perfect and isotope as soon as you finish

    Luke is one of my best pals so can defo do something, we both share the same training principles but we train v diff atm in set up, so it doesn’t fit while he is in prep

    Andrew- breach by Redcon, it has electrolytes and coconut water powder in 🙂

    This is all water retention issues, keep your water intake super high and ensure you don’t over do the sodium ( usually from lots of cheat type food) , taurine at 10mg an hour pre training can also help

    No, you would need bioprene. If your curcumin just literally says ” curcumin” I would avoid it. Life extensions super curcumin is my favourite

    I would leave this in for sure , if your doc has prescribed it, i wouldn’t pull this out , you will certainly miss its benefits it’s bringing to you. I’m assuming you have low dhea levels

    Now would likely be the best time to introduce some tamoxifen if you haven’t already. 40mg per day split 20 am and 20pm, for 4 weeks , will help in this situation.

    I don’t favour an arm only day. IMO that’s a waste of time.

    I feel focusing on getting v strong on dips, narrow grip bench and maybe skull crushers is the best way for tricep mass. Add these into an upper body day or a push day. Rotate exercises, so each session will then be a diff set up on above, so maybe reverse wide grip smith press, dip machine , dumbbell skulls. Then next session variations again. Once worked through the 3 sessions, back to the first and progress lifts. Add calories as you go depending on how fat you are getting vs muscle gain 🙂
