271.2 , so carbs up by 40g today. so 160 cal increase, pretty minimal, as I don’t want to get fat, just creep it on. so leg and pull day carbs are now upto 640g , 500g protein, 125g fat. plus the extras in stuff like oats and the fats in chicken I don’t count, sees me at 5700 cals. I’m hungry here, which is nice.
legs today was hard because my left quads hates me, got it done, beat my numbers, but ran into issues now that my first set of compound move I’m not wamr enougn for, so I’m going to leg extend first again, but do feeder sets, until I get this healed up. bit annoying, but needs must otherwise I think I’m going to end up blowing out my whole left knee

john, I have all my natural clients take in the same proportions of sugar. please watch the video on the site regarding the natural insulin hypothesis and how sugar will not make you fat, provided its within your caloric allowance. I prep LOTS of natural clients, never had an issue when they adhere efficiently. people get fat when they over eat calories, not when they take in their carb allowance from sugar

Eymen, il see how it goes, my cruise still has enough to it, that if I eat up, I can still gain some decent tissue, if dropping out aas for a period means body comp starts to slide, il hold my weight…we shall see

271.4 , rest today. pec has bruised more, so bpc 157 shot again this am, put kwang long on it and stretched it out a bit, I can heal this up in a couple weeks I think so no biggie.
knee pain has reduced from shifting leg extension after pressing earlier in the week, so sadly il have to keep that which is a shame as the leg extension work to start was getting strong

max power buddy, I want to move the biggest weights poss and iso work takes away from them. its only legs it seems that leg extension doesn’t take away from my main lifts

pull today, 271.2 , so dropped back off some water, which I’m happy for, gives me green light to up cals next week, and means BP will hold if I can drop off a little more
so it got to 30mins pre wo and I hadn’t take my pre wo shot yet, that really does annoy me having to do that, so today I did 4 xxx caps instead, which are 10mg oxy/dbol/m1t/winny each , chewed them up to be sure absorbed fast. no surprise I was strong

lat pulldown 70kg/side x 8 ( last time did 65) , 60kg x 9 ( last time got 7 reps)

straight arm pull 2 sets of 20, didn’t want to irritate tricep tendon. ( would of favoured pullover machine but that would of hurt my pec)

seated calf 70kg total x 9, 50kg total x 12my pec has is bruising, it didn’t bruise after sat, but after re doing it again yday its bruised just to make sure I know I was a cock. its bunched up already so I need to keep it warm and stretched out, il pin bpc 157 close to the area tonight at 200mg ( or mcg, I cant remember the units off hand)
v happy with the session, goal is barbell rowing 200kg again for reps which is my best rowing

hey Jacob, I found the 4th took away too much from the tricep press work, I did it for one session, and scrapped it after that
so now my push work is:
main chest press
high incline or shoulder press, or shift hips forward slightly so a shoulder press is in an advantageous position that recruits upper pec too
tricep press
chest iso
tricep isothen onto side delt work and often biceps are finding a home in this session too just because after legs or pull I’m tired, after that lot I am still gd to hit biceps with some oomph
the only thing I think that could be added here, if you feel volume in the first bit could be increased, is 3 sets of chest iso. and for triceps 2 sets of one move and 2 sets of another ( maybe an overhead extension to emphasise long head recruitment ) ,,, I don’t personally feel the need for that addition with myself, atm

hey jade, compared to when? I generally have always trained across a multitude of rep ranges for the last 2-3 years, the pressing at the start is higher, because I’m injured, the rest of the stuff evolves around a 6-10 rep range mostly which is where I do most of my work
andy I pulled it back a month ago, when I swapped training. it peaked at 400g carbs, its now 300g. its not even from the shift in volume I feel ( total work sets per session hasn’t changed that much, its from training consec days. previously it as EOD training, running low on rest days, which empties back out the tank so to speak, ready to refill more. consec days means the tank keps up more and more over the 3 days on and then 1 day off doesn’t then overly deplete me again, so carbs per session is down. BUT total carbs/ week is up
