ellis, its less than 2iu a day. and this depends on your age, most of us will be producing less then 1iu a day in reality. so 1.5-2iu a day will be of benefit

hey scott, it depends what stims? you can remove them and adjust your energy balance, so reduce cals, increase energy output a little more, then reintro the stims again at a later date

you need to establish the cause, be it high estrogen, or high dht, as mentioned. what are you running, how often are u jabbing?

Hey guys, update from me as have been incredibly busy prepping people for shows, and being back studying. So I imagine il only be onto the forums 1-2 times a week now for the next few weeks until the comp prep season is finished.
This year we have 16 through to the ukbff finals, most I have had so far, really excited for that weekend.
Ok so I am adjusting things a little now to look as best I can for guest spot at nabba UK show, info for that is on the nabba website.
I have dropped insulin as of this week.
I have dropped the npp and lowered my test to 750mg a week
I will up my tren a touch, add mast and add back in an oral, which will be anavar.
So my cycle looks.
750mg test
500mg tren e
500mg mast e
500mg primo
50mg anavar / day
12.5mg aromasin/ day
4.8iu gh / day
25mcg t3 per dayMy plan is to just drop a few pounds over the next few weeks just to ensure I have a tight midsection ( hardest thing for me in general. Specially in offseason! )

Work your way through all the videos on the site and you then should be able to construct everything you have asked and learn at the same time as to why your doing things, to avoid then just being spoon fed 🙂

I think FT would fit well. But it depends what days you can lift. When I played , I typically could only weight train mon/tue/thurs so legs Monday push tue and pull thurs often would fit well

Have you been able to progress your strength while in a caloric surplus and then maintain that while in a deficit ? Usually this would be all that’s needed to grow shoulders ( surplus pushing body weight up and progressing lifts forcing an adaptation and causing growth) if you have struggled to hold that strength progress then you maybe need to look at why, have you dieted too quickly ?

My weight dropped again back to 263 , I added in some carbs last night before bed too, big old bowl of cocopops before bed to try to hold my weight. I will definitely have to up my food again next week.
I have been booked into guest pose at the nabba UK the week after the universe this year , so that will be cool to get onstage again, il likely hold this kind of condition now most of offseason, I can’t see myself getting massively heavier as I’m chucking a gd Wack of drugs/ food and insulin at it right now and it’s not going up, I’m not going to push it too much harder with those variables.

Hey guys, so this week food has digested great , I have been doing 700g carbs training day and it’s sitting well with 9iu Insulin pre and post , last week did 8 and week before the rest week did 7. In going to still creep it to 10 and 10, as my food amounts can easily handle that ( remember don’t just up slin and then up food, take slin proportionately to whah your diet can allow, check the insulin part 1 and 2 videos for the info here)
Heaviest I have been so far is 266 , where I managed to fill up really well. After the sessions because they are so hard I notice I fill
Up better from some then others. When I’m really trashed, I don’t seem to fill up that well. I was 264 this morn and I feel next week another carb increase to training day and then a little more fats on rest day will be wise.We have more t shirts in now, so drop me an email If want some

Ryan, I see it as no problem at all buddy. Ear to what you can handle appetite wise , i keep playing around with my workout foods to be able to digest the best I’m doing :
Pwo meal
2 bagels + jam, coco pops + choc shreddies+tub of sorbet + 3 nutrigrain bars + protein from redcon isotope and I have extra redcon breach2 hours later
3 nutrigrain bars + ground rice + fruit + more isotope.Then after that I’m back to steak and avocado

Dorian, do you know the cause of the acne ? Is it from drugs you are using ? Is it from changes to diet? Are you showering immediately on finish training to try to help?
