you need thicker ab muscle for them to be dense in appearance, so yes isolate them and train them directly, crunches, leg raises, machine crunches etc

usually all the while I’m pushing up bodyweight, and then usually as I diet down ( as I add gear as I go) until about 3 weeks out. then strength dies on me and do my best to dig in

hey Bryan, ah that thought worries me as I pop fibres so often in my pecs, so I stay out of there buddy
gary, as mentioned above, the cycle 1 video is SO self explanatory, I really couldn’t of made that any more simple 🙂
…..
274.4 , last week on this cycle then will shut it down to a bridge cycle and look to see how my blood work fares again.
push today was decent, added a little volume, which I did feel by biceps, as I was fatigued. I could incline barbell press today but it was higher reps still
incline barbell press 140kg x 15, 125kg x 12
cable shoulder press 1 x 11, 1x 10
dips ( these were V wide, had to be so careful) 40kg x 10, 20kg x 11, bw x 13
cable fly 60x 11, 45 x13
tricep pushdown, 4 sets of 10 , failing last set ( in this fashion because of tricep tendon)side lateral machine, stack x 15, stack x 10
low to high cable raise ( pulls in some pec too) 1 x 15, 1 x8
single arm cable lateral 1 x 15, 1 x 14dumbbell curl 25kg x 12, 22.5kg x 10 ( major fatigue second set)
machine curl 2 sets of 12ab crunch 3 sets of 8
pull tmo

id take to single leg work for a while, prioritise lunges, split squats, leg extensions, leg presses.
limber 11 is the best protocol for overall mobility , as I cant really tell if this is stemming from your hips or your spine, or knees, so look to increase overall mobility

as chris has said, its person dependant. I mention this a lot that I wont use drugs that make me feel shit, so high test even with 1mg arimidex a day, caused water retention that gives me headaches, hits my blood pressure and makes it hard to breath, so I don’t do it, I use other compounds that don’t aramotise to the same extent. luckily atm I’m getting so well with inject dbol and oxy, my bp is high still 138/90 , but its not reckless high, I have just got some Lisinopril, which I’m going to use alongside because I don’t want my bp being where it is now.
it worries me that people say 1000mg is where the magic happens. for me 200mg was where the magic happened, and then it happened again at 400mg, and then again when I added dbol. then again when I added whatever else I did and was still down using 500mg test and 150mg npp. the magic happened at every single one of these points as I added 7-10 pounds of muscle every year , for the last 9 years. if you need a set dose to see some magic, you aren’t training hard enough I’m afraid

you could add a little more here and that wouldn’t be a bad idea imo, your dose is low and you are being sensible, so maybe 8 more weeks with some added npp at 150-200mg/week. if at 200 you notice libido drop, add 50mg proviron per day. after 16 weeks or so on, dropping back to 150-200mg / week cruise test only, clear out phase then bloods and go again 🙂

id only use them with carb meals, and if the goal is increasing insulin sesnitvity, id focus carbs at the workout perimeter, 200-250mg ala is a gd dose with pre and post workout meals

hey Jorge, nothing I didn’t already know matey 🙂 , a lot of the issue in terms of being soft was from just how flat I went. but yup there is conditioning to be improved upon for sure
……
273, pull today , back to rotation of exercises previously hit and all numbers where up. added in one set of high rep single arm dumbbell just to see if an increase in volume, hinders recovery, since swapping back to this split I do feel there is a dose response to volume per session on growth, as simply I’m growing faster now than previous, and that is the change.low row 105kg/side x 7, 80kg x 12
latpulldown stack x 8, 3 offstack x 10
upper back row 100kg/side x 7, 80kg /side x 13
single arm dumbbell row 65kg x 21
pullover machine 2 sets 8-12 reps
dual bent over dumbbell row 60kg x 8, 50kg x 12
reverse pec dec 3 sets 8/12/20
barbell shrug 180 x 18, 200 x 12, 220 x 8
