ok , if a body part is weak and doesn’t respond directly to say squats, leg extension pre is a gd idea. or hammy curl pre sldl
if you respond amazingly well to the main compound move, always do that first, as you will be able to use more weight, which will see increase in growth

hey buddy, best bet is igf serum tests, or hgh blood workout. take 10iu on wake , and have blood work around 4 hours later if possible, see where your levels are at.
I currently use lily humatrope, 3.6iu a day and then will bump up my gh dose with another 3.3 iu a day from ansamone, maybe 4iu if I get the 4iu boxes.

I like this a lot buddy, I would just be inclined to use a second oral, maybe anavar at 50mg/day also, just to be sure in that end phase you are doing all you can to protect muscle, plus I find anavar a great drug for strength, keeping lifts high will besuperb

nice question, how about 1 week on clen, 1 week on eph ( I tried this last run, once I managed to get some eph) and really like this
so here is a rough outline of how I would do mine, from 6 weeks out, so take from this what you will, and ensure your body is healthy to take these things if you do choose to do so
week 1 clen, 20mcg/day
week 2 eph, 15mg x 3 a day
week 3 clen 40mcg/day
week 4 eph, 20mg/day
week 5 , 40/40/60/60/80/80/80 clen
week 6 , eph 30mg / day

hey ben, this is a shitty situation to be in, I bet you feel pretty rough with levels there. this is a tough one for me to advise on, but I think if was me I would run my own trt, as I know I could keep getting blood work to check where my estrogen is at, potentially utilise low dose A.i to keep estrogen at high end of normal, and then watch hdl to keep lipids healthy, running curcumin 2x a day, and omega 3 and a diet rich in essential fatty acids will aid in healthy lipid profile also

hey alex, I know people say that a lot, don’t mix 19-nors. but I haven’t ever really heard anyone smart, suggest why, possibly increase in prolactin, but then if that’s the case offset this with caber.
anywhoo, my thoughts on it at present ( I change my thoughts a lot as I learn and experiment ) … too much npp makes me bloat, too much tren makes my breathing awful. I need a gd hit of drugs to grow more, just 350 of one or the other simply isn’t enough for me right now, I want to get to a lean 270ish, so I know I need more, so this is my answer to it, mix them 🙂 . if u can get gd results of one or the other at 300-400/week, defo do it. I know I can push tren to 700 on the way down, but its easy coming down, as I get lighter and fitter. going up is hard for me, so I’m managing all the scenrios I know will hit me, in advance ( like not using orals either ) , limiting my test, only using insulin training days. all these are to try to manage sides, but maximise gains

mike, I know now it makes zero diff, in 2012 there was confusion in regards to impacts of food choices on body comp, I now know it doesn’t matter, so I eat based on digestion, not if something is ‘clean’ , bagels for me digest amazingly well, so I roll with bagels 🙂

I like proviron throughout , no need on a pct however. 50-100mg a day is great
1000iu hcg during all cruises and blasts is also wise, split 500 x 2 a week
sarting lower is also v wise, following a cruise, eek out the most u can, battle hard in that initial phase off the 300mg/week doses, and in your mind challenge yourself to make progress without upping doses, then increase only when v much needed

rob, focus on intensity, so start at maybe 8 sets, but think before each set, I’m going to absolutely kill myself in this set, and then soon you will know if you can do more, or need less

ok back home yday, rested all day/caught up with work. so back to normal on here 🙂 , great trip away.
so blood work Friday, and then that will be 9 weeks of lower dosed stuff before kicking it up into grow mode. I will go into the lab to get the bloods done, then I get results same day or next day, so can start cycle sunday.
food is up this week a touch – pwo meal to 300g carbs and then moving all my rest day carbs to pre bed , because I ate a ton last week and my weight didn’t change much, I’m still 255/256 ish, still going to roll with the plan of 1-1.5 pounds a week gain, ( after the intial water weight increase)
food wise, I would like more whole protein sources but the reality is I stuggle to digest, and bloat and overall calories end up being way harder. I will likely work in some greek yoghurt pre bed on training days, for some extra easy carbs and a variation in protein, but again too much of this causes me issues. once I get over 5000 cals a day ( which the diet is now if count all macros in total, not just direct macros, I have to be mindful of being able to utilise the food. I know il need to end up over 6000 cals to get the Improvements I need.
had a rethink on the cycle and will use more test, than I planned. not a huge fan, but it works, so will run the following

350 tren/week
350 npp/week
50mg inject var/day
50mg inject dbol pre wo – 1 hour
12.5mg aromosin/day ( managed to get some more pharma stuff whoop)5mg Cialis pre wo, 1 scoop genetic supps advantage ultra pre wo, 7iu insulin, 1.8iu gh
will roll with the dbol to see how I feel vs superdrol as I know my appetite will take a hit soon from orals pre wo.
I need my fitness to hold, with high rep work, so using less tren and adding npp will likely be wise
