    Hey buddy, this depends on the goal and current body fat and how well you recover just from rest.

    If your in a dieting phase, I would bring food up a little. If I’m a growing phase id run a normal rest day diet, if that leaves you tired after a few days, bring those cals up a little too

    Ciaran , choc shreddies are defo a nice change 🙂 . I like cashew butter , specially the grind your own stuff from whole foods. Il get some of that next week 🙂

    Alex, I don’t like high test, I just feel shit, my look slides, I can’t control the water as I aromatise easily. Tbh I like 350/week test but I know that’s not enough to do a job. Ideally would I run more test , defo yes, it’s a lot better then primo , but I’m rolling with what I know has me look and feel good. Remember also I’m v heavy for my height , so when I get deep into offseason and I’m over 270, carrying too much water absolutely shuts down my training , my high rep work just goes to shit and I can’t reach muscular failure at all. primo will likely go to 1g where I know it works a treat. Then you defo do notice it with only 500 test in the mix. But il start just by bumping test a little and adding tren, and then il add as I go to keep growing. I’m not sure where this cycle will need to end to get more muscle. It’s going to likely be a hell of a lot of food and a gd hit of anabolics… We shall see 🙂

    254, food is going up today, only a little as will wait for the brunt of it when gear goes up. but a little more carbs today wont hurt. lower body session today.

    ok guys, after upper body work yday, I think my body is done with holding at this weight, which isn’t crazy lean, but its after a 30 week run of a caloric deficit, I don’t feel me dieting back down is going to be beneficial and I’m just going to waste muscle.

    SO we will wrap up the 2016 comp prep stage here. it was enough of a success that I’m happy.

    I’m 254 still, so goal is one more week and then il push back up anabolics, and V slowly push upto 270/272. then tidy it back upto 260, then push up again to 278/280. I’m thinking 15 weeks to get to 270 ish, so a pound a week. then 6-8 weeks tidy up, then 20 weeks slowly push to 278. this should see me v lean at that weight. I started prep this year at 286, so starting 8 pounds lighter but a lot leaner, will be a gd start point imo.

    cycle will be, 700 primo, 500 tren, 500 test, 50mg anavar training days split 25 am/pm , 30mg superdrol pre wo. 7iu insulin pre and pwo.

    il be using my new training split to get this job done 🙂

    goal for next season has to be to start pushing for an ifbb pro card.

    Michael, that’s SO gd to hear guys wanting to max out natural potential. its rare these days, so much respect. 12-20 is great. if you get on well with that range, stick with that 🙂

    Darren, I wouldn’t pct and try to re establish test production as I doubt you will be able to. stay on trt, and keep blasting with health permitting. if you then need to make further improvements, optimise nutrition and training

    hydrolysed casein has higher fractions of di and tri peptides, which result in even more efficient digestion and utilisation. using a hydro whey + eaa is v efficient, I did that for a long time in 2013

    I take 5-6iu a day, so I then have on wake, pre and pwo and pre bed.

    if u are taking 1-2iu a day, keep it around the workout


    if training twice a day, and funds permit, 6iu a day is awesome, 1.5iu pre and post

    150mg would be fine, with 500iu hcg twice a week. the hcg will elevate aramotase activity, through stimulation of tsh. so taoxifen at 20mg/day maybe wise

    most likely yes, but how much so, is hard to say. if your sensible with doses both can be used jut fine for the desired goal. typically tren will bring more sides at higher doses but everyone has different tolerance. I tolerate tren v well and can run 700mg a week just fine, I typically run no higher then 500 though as don’t see any benefit from more. nandralone the same really, but I do take that to 700mg, before then excess bloat ruins the look.

    primo will DEFO illicit its beenfits at that dose, with tren being lower.

    you can add a second oral if wish

    gh doesn’t need to be used fasted, can be used any time of day

    fyi I take a lot of my advise from Corinne with my own cycles, so anything I know, she knows!
