yes it will be effective, you can try pinning more frequently, this keeps hormone levels more stable. I do all my shots, regardless of ester, everyday. this causes me minimal skin issues.

it will take 8-10 weeks for that number to increase to natural range, so if you are looking to fully establish hpta, I would re do blood work then and see where you are at

if feel great on fats, just take in more fat calories through the day. the higher frequency training is likely just seeing you need more calories to recover. also look at more carbs post workout so glycogen stores are fuller

all 100percent person dependant, how they have carbed up, have they spilled over, are they dry/flat.
if someone is v dry, they can eat anything
if someone has stil not moved off water from carbing up, they will need to run low carb, and low sodium to keep drying out until stage time
so impossible to answer this, its why I have clients check in am and pm every day for peak week and I change the foods each day based on look

metabolism will be up for a period for sure, this doesn’t last long, so id watch for when fat starts to then pile on.

I would track everything, calories and steps.
each week, calories come down, steps go up. keep going until your happy with body fat 🙂

lots of food, plus hard training, will leave you lethargic for sure. I always sleep the most when I’m my heaviest, nothing to worry about imo

do you feel cardio is needed year round? – what do you do for work? if sedentary desk job, I can understand the need but, aside from that, I don’t feel it has a place in offseason.
can u afford to use cyclic dextrin over dextrose intra wo?

Michael that’s spot on, and then just variations for each lift, have 3-4 sessions that you rotate through, and get super strong, in 8-12 rep ranges with perfect form. when strength stalls, eat more, if still stalls, take more drugs if health allows. it is super simple, I have been doing it this way for years, and its what I do with my clients to great effect. the hard bit is the application, never missing meals, always training HARD , ensuring form is always perfect. this is where people fuck up, they get lazy and go back to arm days and tricep rope pushdowns.

hey guys, so 255. I’m rolling with week 3 of my new training style plan which I have settled on being an upper/lower split
so today is lower, deadlift focus day
food is same diet as previous, but all training days are high days, rest days are low days. so there is no medium day, flick back a couple pages to see my food
slin staying in for all 4 sessions this week at 7iu pre and post, gh at 6iu per day, still rolling with my ”cruise”
not pushing food for a couple more weeks as want to hold here until blood work is happy, il do that in two weeks and talk you guys through it, il see if I can film me going to get it done, I go to the lab in London, I use medichecks but I cant do finger prick tests as I’m pussy. so the lab draws it out easily. while I’m there il get gh, estrogen, checked again to see where I’m at with things.
once bloods are all gd, we will push hard. seeing as my body weight is low, and drugs are low vs my blast, and primo doesn’t do much at all for strength, I’m still not strong on some moves. my shoulder press is still weak. 122.5kg x 8 sat annoyed me A LOT. but food + drugs will fix that, so being patient until can really make a leap forward in my look again….
I’m picking up major knocks, having been light for a while now, and cals low, my body is taking a beating. sat I pulled my back a little and tweaked my left pec in the same session. its a sign that I need a deload, or to eat up a bit, or both.
look wise I’m happy, I put a pic on IG yday… 15 pounds more muscle would be pretty fun haha

looks great, may need a low dose a.i , if you aromatise easily. 0.5mg adex 2-3 times a week
everything else looks awesome , maybe consider a low dose cruise of 150mg-200mg test, plus hcg

gh pre and post is my favoured approach. 1.5-2iu.
the question of why pre and post… well why are u taking it pre? … those effects you are seeking, u then get again post, while trying to maximise protein sysnthesis and optimise recovery.
I do 45mins pre, train for 2 hours, and then 45 mins post. so around 3.5 hour gap between shots. this works well
