at that dose of test and dbol, I know I would need a low dose a.i to control estrogen. tamox alone wont suffice. so either swap dbol for something like anavar, and lowert test and up eq, and then u will be ok without an a.i . or if keen to run this cycle, which is super effective, 0.5mg arimidex, 2-3 times a week is wise here

Jason , there are tons of cases of it for sure but as a percentage its low, most guys will need to run hcg, to get things going for sure 🙂

nico, this is a really hard question to answer. this depends on your goals and what you feel acceptable. what I feel acceptable for myself is v diff, I push my body hard and then I wait just until ranges are back and then I go again, so over a year I spend most of the time with ranges out of line, and I pull them back for short stints. is this healthy – no . is this the best I can do considering my goals – yes. with my clients, I expect even post cycle, blood work to be barely out of range and it to be back fast, and them to spend time healthy and it in range. my clients who have goals like me, we talk it out and make the most sensible decisions possible. protein that meets ur needs, so 1.2g/pound. then of whats left calorie wise, look to have mostly carbs, then maybe 20percent total cals from fats. this has been covered A LOT in posts before when setting up food

I walked mostly, which did start to see my legs fade a little at the end when the steps where high on rest days and food was low. next time il do other things, cleaning is pretty awesome way. things like gardening is awesome too. any household chores.

hey tim, I prefer serm use as this causes less issues with hdl, cholesterol. so using moderate dose test, under 500mg/week , with 20mg tamox willwork well, as the tamox will prevent the sides from the high estro, but will allow the benefits too ( increased recovery and strength) , if you retain too much water, v low dose arimidex works well 0.5mg twice a week ( it has a long half life) , we don’t want to ever pull estro below range, this will limit gains, hurt mood and sex drive.

maybe do 3iu slin and 50g intra and 100g carbs pwo, I think that would be v gd here. if u feel fine on that, try 4iu slin as will help the l carn, ensure u have carbs to hand incase go hypo ( only need 10-15g extra max, just dump that into shake and keep sipping) often if I feel signs of hypo I just sip my shake a little faster and top up with water and don’t add any carbs and I’m fine just from sipping shake faster, but be v careful, don’t be silly if u feel hypo coming, get the carbs in u

hey, if currently not using an a.i or serm, adding tamxifen would be great to that cycle. I like the drug choice and doses considering your age, and where your at with trt. be sure once u fin the cycle to return to just nebido for 12 weeks, get blood work to be sure all is fine ( you may have to give blood here as haematocrit and heamaglobin may creep up) use life extension curcumin am and pm from now going forward, this will keep lipid profile happy

hey duane,
so my first step is drop all cardio and fat burners and orals, and up liver aids – tudca and nac
then I add carbs mostly to post workout window initially , starting with about 100g.
I make sure I rest as much as I can on days off from training and be sure not to binge or eat off plan, this really is the answer to growing lean from finishing a show, you just cant binge, not even a single day. one meal after the show is fine, but if u really want to make gd progress u have to be mega strict.
once weight stalls, add another 50g to that post workout meal
drug wise, use whatever u like really, whatever u don’t hold tons of water on. I usually roll with the drugs I was on in prep for a bit longer

heya, for hypertrophy I feel being incredible strict is best and ensuring what initiates the movement is side delt, so take out any momentum. ensure your getting the elbow into the position you would if doing a side lateral in terms of elbow height, this ensure ur filly shortening the muscle. grip width just beyond shoulder width is optimal imo
