any exercises that cause pain defo avoid, it could just be not being able to fully supinate which is putting a lot of pressure on your tendons, be sure to stretch a LOT

hey ben, you will be fine to use the combo of the two + superdrol ontop, that imo would be great. I personally prefer primo over mast. this stint of my ” cruise” has shown me how effective primo is tbh, at 700mg per week I think I’m a little crisper then I was with mast and winny combined. so moving forward id lean towards test at maybe 350, primo at 500-700 ( expsnive drug annoyingly) , superdrol pre wo at 30mg. that’s an awesome cycle.

it may just come down to needing to put on more weight across your body, and being in a gd caloric surplus will see arms improve. some body parts just don’t grow as well as others, despite perfect form and progressively loading them. often I find exercises like incline curls, or a standing curl where elbows are back agains the smith machine bar behind you, ensure its solely bicep contraction that’s lifting the arm, try getting strong on these two moves, while in a surplus and ensure ur stretching them LOTS. then in back , priortise undergrip chins and undergrip bb rows, this helps a lot too

hey Michael, this is actually an easy answer buddy, id train upper/lower split. so each time you hit the gym, do the next session your due, so even if only get in twice in a week, you have trained everything.
food wise, again use shakes, almond butter and rice cakes and a greens powder. these are so easy to just grab. then when u have time eat whole foods + veggies

dumbbell floor press , neutral grip for triceps and some chest brought into the move: 40kg x 12, 40kg x 10
dips bodyweight x 11, x 8
incline cable fly 2 sets of 12-15, into chest stretch
deadstop skulls 60kg x 12, 50kg x 11
overhead cable extensions 2 sets of 12-15, tricep stretch
cable laterals 8/12/20 , 3 sets
single arm leaning laterals 15kg x 12, 12

jim, I feel training with this much output, and only focusing slin pre and post I should be fine for now to utilise it as a tool, if I don’t like what I see, it comes out immediately
overusing insulin will inhibit fat loss yes, using it sparingly, 3-4 times a week, wont
mark, pull/push/legs rest repeat , upper/lower/rest repeat, fullbody/rest repeat . drop me an email whenever suits buddy )

Michael, yes everyone trains bodyparts at least twice a week some cases 3 times. recovery is about volume! if your on gear you can simply train at higher volumes and higher frequencies. for both of those guys the volume is scaled to what they can recover from ( lift progressions are feedback tools)

if you lower back load legs, you cant load the upper, and vice versa. so if stick to that rule, you will be fine

this looks awesome buddy, during the 16 week grow phase be sure to take cals up slowly. and maybe take off more then 5 pounds in augst, take off 8-9 and prime your body more so

you can try it and see if it brings much, I personally wont do that. I don’t mind supersets or a tri set, and focusing still totally on progressive overload. so I would do opposing bodyparts , i.e legs leg press/ham curl/abductor machine all 20 reps

I have limited experience with pro homrones.
I like superdrol, mass phase/dieting phase, its all the same, caloric surplus or deficit dictates that. 20-30mg is ideal

maybe try the adex to just twice a week, with the tamox in I’m sure that will be fine. everything looks gret and the progress would be gd. before you start id advise blood work and only starting if all bloods are in range.

it is 4000-5000mg of sodium, not salt. this equates to aroung 12g of salt.

drink lots, keep sodium high. super simple guys 🙂

thanks Michael, you can certainly look incredible naturally, but this is down to how hard you work, I have lots of natural clients ( been posting pics recently on IG , who look out of this world gd) , so put the work in and it will happen
shaun, the insulin will be active for 2.5-3 hours, so makes sense to pin again once the first shot is starting to become inactive again.
id possibly look to increase your training volume, 60min sessions wont warrant much insulin imo. increase volume and intra wo carbs, and you will better utilise the insulin

254.5 today, body is pretty stable. I’m tired after the rest days as the cals are lowish , but legs today will be gd. my quad is sore from squatting Friday, today I’m using the safety bar which really beats me up and I find that a really hard bar to squat on, so I will try to keep reps around 10ish and not irritate my quad furthertrainedbyjp@hotmail.co.uk |
