Hey Nathan, I watched your Texas videos and really enjoyed following your journey! You mentioned adding 3 IUs of Novorapid to each meal during the carb up. You still had some fats with each meal right? You don’t have any issues with adding short acting insulin to meals with added fat to it when it? And did you use any diuretics during the carb load with insulin like minimal aldactone to keep the water off or you don’t have any issues here with insulin and water retention?

Hey Jordan, a few weeks ago you spoke about making it possible to order from the uk side as a European without extra customs and free shipping at a certain amount. Is there any update on that?
And also i was wandering if you thinking about using a little amount of Gh in your cycle as well for recovery benefits. And if not what’s your personal reason for that if you don’t mint asking.

So weight was holding at 265 before shits Friday, dropped a few lbs woke up at 262 Saturday with gut feeling ok after I was pretty much empty so made sure I rehydrated and ate all my food plus sushi Saturday My usual portion
Woke up at 266.8 and then this morning at 268, did my check in and condition is very comparable.
This week we hit peak doses for the cycle, so far we have been escalating up weekly so will be interesting to see how reminded of this push fairs with peak doses for this push sat for a chunk of time.
This is a very nice spot for me so very happy with how things are moving, condition is better at 268 right now vs 258 last year 🤣difference is actually laughable.
HITT was blasted this morning with no issues so very happy to still be pretty fit at this weight
Hey Kuba, when you reach your peak doses at this point how does the numbers look like if your don’t mind asking.
And with the new weight high and still climbing bodyweight you think you might get into issues with sleep quality?

Hey Jordan, over the Years of following your log i know that Primo is your absolut Go to, but are there more reasons why you don’t use nandrolone or Eq anymore or are there some things planned in your mind for the phase when it comes closer to competing?
And you spoke on insta about the next clothing drop to bring the washed joggers back (looking forward to that 😁) when own the new drop coming?

What i can only advice here is to implement some kind of HIIT Cardio in your routine because that helps a lot in regards to the thickened Heart wall that also often an issue with a larger heart in general! 1-2 HIIT sessions a week will have a Great impact!
Also just of curiosity, what Supplements did Dante suggested?

Yes that’s what came to my mind as well that there are so many different approaches that I may just experiment different thoughts and see what works best.

Great to read that Jordan and thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us! I don’t think your Crazy at all! Who follows your journey for years now knows how much you love this sport! And i know for my self how much bodybuilding keeps me sane! So you should do what makes you happy!

Hey Joe, i was just wandering about that high fat intake alongside with your pre meal and the slin. Of course it’s a calorie bump but I always thought you should avoid fats alongside with insulin because of the fat uptake/fat cell or am I wrong here? What’s the thoughts behind that If you don’t mind asking ✌️
You can still have your insulin with fats, of course it’ll slow down the uptake of the carbs slightly, but also at the end of the day it’s a bit of a needs must when cals are this high. Sometimes we have to bend the rules so to speak when pushing things at this level. Ideally I’d also be having more veg etc but tbh once again volume is so high they just take the hit, optimal isn’t always possible haha[/quote]

What is your wife’s body composition like – is she very muscular? What is body fat like? Lean – normal – above?
What is mobility like through shoulders/wrists
Did anything change when the symptoms started?
Reducing inflammation – TBJP curcumin
Keto diet
these would be my initial first 2 moves. Drop some water off etc and reduce inflammation and see if this improves in the short term.

She is a women’s Physique competitor so definitely more muscular. The symptoms startet in the middle of her diet and got worse till the end. Now she is 2 weeks post show and besides a little water rebound she is still lean.
What you stop Training or keep Training? I thought increased bloodflow would help with recovery as long as the intensity is not sky high or what do you think?

Was there any supplements being used during prep – did she add anything in around the time of the issue.
She may just need to rest if she hasn’t done so since prep.
I would consider taking 5-7 days from upper body training.
Get deep tissue in shoulder/arm/pec/lat –
Lots of stretching.

No it pretty much startet exactly in the middle of the prep, nothing was added at that time.All listed things are a really good idea thank you for sharing. We definitely give all of that a try!
