    Hope all is going well for you. I just have a question about your last approach within between your last shows. So i usually work with aldactone and dyazide pre show, but it’s Been a long time for me since a went for 2 shows back to back. So I am going to Compete the next week and the week after that. I usually took a 2-3 day break with the aldactone and then reintroduce it again at 3-4 days out. So you took it all the 7 days through between shows at 25mg and it kept the water off during your loading phase right? And did you use dyazide then again at one night out?

    Hey Buddy,
    hope your well. So yes as my peaks were back to back for the regional Aldactone went in the Sunday before the following Sunday so 7 days out 25mg pre bed only.
    For Austria I kept aldactone in at 25mg pre bed then on the Thursday for the sunday show i went to 12.5mg with meal 3 and 25mg pre bed then friday 25mg meal 3 and 25mg pre bed with 25mg morning of the show
    I didnt use dyazide for my pro card win in Italy just the same protocol for Austria just with a day more loading and more fluid on the day resulting in a much fuller look (also 75mg anadrol)
    I only used dyazide that night as i super loaded again for the pro debut with another sushi refeed so we used half a dyazide (25/12.5mg tab) in the PM and the same again AM with aldactone the same. We sacrificed some condition as i was super full. and also quite fatigued and inflamed. But it was good data to take. I like the Aldactone use. I really got on well with this protocol. I think dyazide is something that can work but i dont know if my physique is one that suits the usage. Maybe a fresher physique with a sightly different approach would have worked better.[/quote]

    This is exactly what I experienced too! I just was thinking over it because aldactone use is so often discussed in the last years and so many people say it’s just flatting you out but I always had the best results with aldactone leading up to the show and a little bit of diazide the night before 👍🏻

    How do you approach this time now after the competion? Do you go straight into a health phase or do you a Cycle and take advantage of a Rebound or only use the additional Calories to grow?

    First of all, i really want to say how much Impressed i am by your mindset at all! You’re thought processes, work ethic and behavior … that’s what’s bodybuilding is all about! Best wishes for you’re show this week!

    One question about the aldactone: do you Keep 25mg all till Friday or did you drop it prior to that? And did you do any other manipulation in sodium or water with it? And will you Switch to a Little bit of diacide as well on Friday night or not?

    Ah I thought you were asking if clen, yohimbine and caffeine can be taken together.

    As far as I’m aware there aren’t any contraindications to taking thyroid supplementation alongside clen and yohimbine. You could, however always take the clen and yohimbine in the morning and thyroid medication pre bed instead.

    Thank you to all of you! All these were pretty much the similar thoughts that I had in my mind.
    Just to clarify: we are definitely talking about a female who’s into bodybuilding for almost 12 years now. Made some mistakes I guess we all did at a point In regards to PEDs and didn’t took anything in the last 3 years. So she definitely maximized everything so far but to take the next step and attempt some pro qualifiers that’s something that she wants to do to get further. So i guess sitting down with her and have a conservation about Options and consequences would be the best way to go.

    Hey Jordan,
    The way you speak about your mental issues and all your thought processes about competing or not in the last times definitely helped a lot! I am training and competing now for 12 years and reading the thoughts from someone else at your level helps a lot! I can relate myself a lot to some things that you’re saying!
    I also think you’re helping a lot of others with your thoughts so i just wanted to say thank you and keep on sharing ??

    Yes i had a conversation with her and told her that I have done my research on it and she was fine with that decision. It’s always good to keep the doctor in the corner with those decisions

    What you are talking about is not really HIIT it is more an Intervall training. When you aim for real HIIT you should take a good Time from 5-10 Minutes for a warm up and then you should go for 6-8 times all out Sprints. And when you go really really all out you will recognize that it’s only lasting for a max of 20 seconds like Claire said. Take 2-3 mins in between to calm down and a 5-10 Minute cool down at the end. For myself doing that 2 times a week helped a lot for my Blood Pressure, Insulin sensitivity and appetite in the offseason! And i felt a much better endurance in the weight sessions in high rep sets! For me it was fine in regards to recovery when i kept it away from leg days but like Claire also said it depends from person to person ✌️

    Like kuba already postet on his log this new study base is very interesting to me to separate the timing of Gh and insulin. There are so many thoughts and ways out there about this topic so it’s easy to get a bit confused. I doing this sport for a long time now and figured out how things work out well for me but with this new schedule from my work a got a bit confused. Usually I always run good results with am and pm but while raising from 4 to 6 ius i thought it makes more sense to go 3 times 2 ius than 2 times 3 Ius

    I have a question re long acting insulin and GH use.

    Will you / Do you utilise Lantus, for eg … in the Offseason when food gets higher?

    I’m sure the individuals BG would dictate it’s use etc…Personally I have a history of poor BG which has improved a great deal BUT since employing GH more recently I’d rather prevent any potential damage ?

    I will utilise it but not to imrpove my insulin sensitivity, this don’t make sense if your not sensitive then you must sort the issue at hand. Adding insulin at this point will likely make you worse as you’ll need more and more.

    I will be deploying small amounts of lantus and insulin around workout perimeter to assist the carb intake nothing more and the amounts will be very small.

    So with that you mean a short acting Insulin pre and post workout like 5 I Us? Do you utilize that from the point on you raise the carbs or wait until you get further in the off season?     No I won’t add just for sake

    Of it I will add once it is needed all drugs are deployed as of when needed not just for

    Am and pm makes most sense based of data presented when I spoke to joe last time.

    Combination of insulin and gh is actually a terrible idea of evidence shown too.

    So basically gh away from insulin am and pm

    Short slin around workout perimeter if you use it.
