Unreal progress @Kuba and once again congrats on your recent best showing to date!
I have a question re long acting insulin and GH use.
Will you / Do you utilise Lantus, for eg … in the Offseason when food gets higher?
I’m sure the individuals BG would dictate it’s use etc…Personally I have a history of poor BG which has improved a great deal BUT since employing GH more recently I’d rather prevent any potential damage ?
Thanks in advance.

I will utilise it but not to imrpove my insulin sensitivity, this don’t make sense if your not sensitive then you must sort the issue at hand. Adding insulin at this point will likely make you worse as you’ll need more and more.
I will be deploying small amounts of lantus and insulin around workout perimeter to assist the carb intake nothing more and the amounts will be very small.
It my sensitivity decreases I likely need to pull back the food / drugs or I am too fat
So with that you mean a short acting Insulin pre and post workout like 5 I Us? Do you utilize that from the point on you raise the carbs or wait until you get further in the off season? I heard victor black talking about using small amounts of insulin with small amounts of Gh and gear to keep every component as little as possible and benefit from the overall „stack“ what’s your take on that if you don’t mind asking ?✌️
No I won’t add just for sake
Of it I will add once it is needed all drugs are deployed as of when needed not just for
Sake of taking more drugs
Right now for
Example I am going hypoglycaemic without insulin whilst using gh adding slin now would be dumb
Once food escalates and drugs do naturally bg will raise smart thing is then to deploy small amounts of insulin to assist pancreas.
Ok that makes sense ?Thank you very much for the answer ?✌️
And in regards of splitting the dosage of GH does it in your opinion makes sense to take a dose of GH for pre workout and post workout?
EG: when you use it three times a day and the workout is relatively late so the post workout shot is already close to bed is it then worth it to take a pre workout Gh shot without insulin? I always only heard of pre workout in combination with insulin and not on its own.

Hey Kuba ✌️
So heard you speaking on your podcast about Metformin as a useful tool. Do you only mean Metformin on its own? Or also the medication with Stagliptin? It’s 25mg of Sitagliptin and 425mg of Metformin in one pill. It’s helps to produce insulin alongside with the uptake through Metformin. What’s your opinion on that?
Kind of regards

Like Dawid said give this man a break! He shared everything so far and he gave everything he had in this prep so Its human and absolutely understandable to need some time to relax and let the mind calm down and of course share some time with the family after all that time!

We work really well together, still good friends, he knows my body so nothing to learn and adapt to. Easy fix 6 weeks out.
Hey Jamie ✌️
Since the beginning of this prep this year you followed a more moderate approach of the use of the anabolics. Did you still followed that approach after you took over your diet by yourself and also when Phil now took over?

MemberSeptember 24, 2021 at 12:48 pm in reply to: Jimmy Tonk Road to Classic Physique ProIn for chest today. This week I’m hitting a bit of a bro split simply because i enjoy being in the gym and training. This weeks plans that we had have been cancelled so I’m just going to enjoy training again and stay occupied.
I’ve basically gone back on prep lol. I’m going to stay on low cals etc until the Arnolds. I really want to enjoy that weekend with everyone and we all have a great weekend planned of food and spending time with friends which I’m buzzing for so I’ll stay on strict diet until then so I enjoy the time more with everyone. Me Jamie Kuba and the rest of the guys and girls will hit some food on Saturday night and have found an amazing place for breakfast on Sunday morning so I’m looking forward to that. It’s more the company not the food. The food will alway be there but these moments won’t be so we need to cherish them while we can. As bodybuilders out time is limited so when it comes around it’s special
I’ll head over to Durham tomorrow and hit some back which I’m looking forward to
HeyJimmy ✌️ can you name. the Place for the breakfast on Sunday?
Me and my whife looking for a Nice breakfast Place In Birmingham as well and we haven’t found one yet Because we are Not familier with the locations because we are from Germany ? -
226 this morning new low, pretty flat pretty lean all is moving on schedule.
Sleep has been getting better and better so I intend on doing all I can to keep this. De volume has come at perfect time I already feel much fresher this morning.
Pulling yohimbine out from today which will see another shift in water. All coming together now.
We continue digging ?
Do you only pull it for the day or completely to the show?
I wrote a few opinions now on the forum that it’s a smart approach to pull it earlier to the show and also heart John Jewett on his podcast speaking about that.
Why do you pull it know and now a few days out?
Kind of regards

Good morning guys
Sleep hasn’t been great last few nights so this morning I woke up feeling a little smashed but nothing I’m not used to
I’ve been using a small amount of caffeine 80’mg am and 250’pre workout so will take this up by 120 per day on training days and 300 total before 10 am on rest days now until prep is done
This is certainly a tool I’ve been saving for a while until I really need it for energy and controlling satiety
I’m also going to up my greens intake from 75 g to 150 g with my meat meals from asparagus, spinach, spring greens and green beans after speaking to aj as it’s probably going to make me feel a little better and keep satiety under control more.
Pics are actually pretty nice this morning so I’m looking forward to really digging in now
Hey Kuba,
If your sleeps suffers during the end of prep what are your thoughts about sleep medication as a tool at some nights at least?
Of course it’s not a Great Solution but when you feel it’s getting worse while you have all others variables at Check like sleep timing, caffeine at a minimal, using some supplements like 5htp or ashwaghanda … what are your thoughts here?
Kind of regards
Justin
Hey Justin
Sleep medication is designed to simply put you to sleep it won’t improve your sleep if anything make you worse
Use supps like dream sleep melatonin and make sure pre bed routine is perfect this will give you far more than any sleep med
Sleep meds are an easy way out for lazy people who just aren’t willing to have some discipline with their routine and supplementation. Quality of sleep is paramount so focus on what will improve this ie bed time hygiene
I understand what you mean, and trust me I am controlling everything that’s in my hand with my sleeping routine and all the variables about it. But working as a Cop it’s not always easy to keep the work out of the mind Thats the only reason to ask about that is when the job is taking over it’s better to go with or without it as a tool in the box for this social situation towards the end of the prepThanks for the answer 🙂

Yep i agree with everything you say. In general this was Always my approach. But considering my personal live i will take a longer off season after March/April anyway and for myself due the COVID situation in Germany changed a lot for myself and my personal timeline/schedule so March would be a good time for me to get on the stage again for at least 2-3 years. That’s why i have the thoughts like that
-
Thank you very much for the reply and it makes sense of course.
For me it’s at that time Always a good choice because i always have kind of a water issue and i get completely rid of it when i start halo and I can see the changes my bodie makes much clearer going towards the show without Highering Ias or other stuff. Also I telerate it very well without sides and the blood work was also fine after every show so I kept on doing it that way. And of course it Safes my performance in the gym, or even get stronger in the last weeks. -

Feeling good about things 6 weeks out from
The Arnold’s
It’s gonna be a great show on the amateur and pro side
Who’s going?
It will be for sure ???
I will be there ??
Can you recommend a gym close to the area to finish the last workouts before the show? Because I will be there 3-4 days earlier ✌️

1000 test p
1000 mast e
500′ tren ace
Gh 8 iu split 2/2/2/2
Hey Kuba,
I remember you already startet the tren also early in the last prep last year right? Most pros seem to start it really late in the diet but I also like to start it early on what is your take on that?
Kind of regards
Justin
I prefer it early on, the properties tren gives is like no other especially in a deficit. It’s a useless drug for offaeson imo but diet it’s idea. I prefer at 16 weeks out for me for others I generally add at 10 all depends on tolerance. Then some I don’t really use it for first prep. Just depends what level you are at
Thank you very much for your answer here ✌️
For me it’s the same way I barely have any sides and the effects are amazing so I start it most of the times at 16 weeks out but would never recommend it to other people who can’t tolerate it that well.
And when do you usually start Clen if you use it? In most cases I think 10 Weeks out is a good start and slowly progress it to the show you do the same?
Kind of regards

thank you very much for the quick response. From my understanding it is a house maids knee bursitis.
What do you exactly mean with “anti I inject”? Do you mean an Anti Inflmmatory Injection?
