Your recovery maybe need to be better? Rest days and so your training plan. I guess your form is okay! You can add Join in to your stack. Mobility and stretching can be beneficial regularly. X

I would before last meal cardio if I can not change the time when I can weight training. But Depends about which stage of your journey you are as well. IMO. I would wake up early anyway and try to train after my 2nd meal.

Personally I don’t have in my plan but I would ask to my coach to give me an idea (roughly). I would stay in something that easy to digest to keep training and performing at my best the day after or just avoid to be sick. I consider it like a refeed. Sushi/sashimi can be social, “clean”, give you some interesting nutrients.

Salt is important too as M said. However Myself felt dazyness with diary. Very weak. To fall on the floor. I got intolerances to it. Not sure if it is your case? It is always there pre workout?
I would personally have a blood test, switch for a pre meal more easy for digestion. Switch Oats for Cor and avoid milk and having almond milk just to see if improve. And Add salt to all your meal.

I train after two meals as well. A blood test is going to be useful IMO just to check if there is some deficiency. Can be due to many variables… you are not taking pre? How look your meals 1&2? And time between meal and training? X

Personally I do plyo 20min each morning except legs day and 30 min walk every day before last meal. Your plan seems reasonable
To me is beneficial some cardio in off season.

My mood this morning happiness explosion omg. Soooo just my heels for my check because…yes I needed to skip posing and lpf for a deep massage and stretching… calves tight really crazzyyyyy tight and cracking like a chips!!! So afterwards I was ready for my day yeeeeeees
Plyo, and delts/quads.
Pleased to go up on shoulder press +1,25k (you know what means go up on this *pussycat) for 1set and legs extension 2set 1,25k wow
When I focus to increase on just two exercises and I know how much, I deeply focus and think… is working very well tbh!!!
Very very happy… with everything going on not just my session! Keep progressing as much as possible step by step..could be faster ahah I wish to… but ohhh that’s it! Life going on!

I did both in a same program. Db I m performing slightly with DB on the side, feeling much more the recruitment. I like Much more The snatch-grip RDL with Smith machine vs free BB. I think that it’s individual.
