Try sumo landmine. Build a cable system, you can find on Amazon a pulley system and you can make up it. All suggestions above are great!

At 6am the gym should be less busy vs 6pm. Found the atmosphere in the gym completely different at 6am vs 6pm. 6pm is too much crowd. You could save time between machine, exercise. I was training at 6am ages ago and It was okay. Adjust your diet accordingly and It’s just getting used to it.

Watson £95 a proper one
Yoga wedge £10 max on Amazon you can find Reebok etc… are you meaning these?

What would you recommend?
Would a yoga do the same job and be sturdy enough?[/quote]
100% yoga wedge. Sturdy and perfect for squat & rdl.

If you are in budget go for the yoga wedge. I got it and work perfectly. Personally I would buy a plate with £95 or some tool to my eyes more important instead of the Watson one and try to find a wedge that do the job. I am just budgeting my (home/ gym) set up. IMO.@jkelly.ross

? check in day! 53kg they are all gains obsly ahah it’s not comfortable lol I don’t mean aesthetically I don’t care about..it’s more that feeling heavy carry lot of bodyweight like a walking potato feels eheh never been so heavyyyyyyy.
However it was a boost for my session. I increased my abductor moves, pull down, low row, rdl and DB hammies curls. No up in my meadows row tho!
Feel smashed omg. And soooo Lethargic! Save the queen!I didn’t nothing crazy tday just lpf, posing, cardio, meal prep and training, my walk. Got goooood good news from a friend which made my day! All things bodybuilding!!
Tmrw rest but lot of stuff to do. I can not wait to kick some boxes here and there.
I will be Filming some stretching exercises. Yeeees!@jkelly.ross

I wouldn’t include in my pre workout meal milk
Lot of weetabix ahah to me COR or something less processed is better
Keep some of them if you can not resist ? COR is cheap and not needed to be cooked a lot, or rice flakes… use microwave and you are okay
Veggies post workout aren’t really the best imo
Meal 5 you are having a snack… almost full carbs with fats not too much protein but is it necessary? 7 meals? I would have 5 or 6 meals.
Before bed I would opt for greek yogurt with more fats
Lot of BANANAS they are yummy but why not another fruit just to have some variety?@jkelly.ross

Carbs are everything IMO for performance purposes. I feel a huge difference without. I don’t work well with high fats diet. If when you are cutting carbs you mean you have higher fats intake?! Pre and post, post post meal for me on training day, same diet so same carbs intake on not training days. Btw Yes, as Ryan suggests. Some ppl have a different diet TD and NTD, but it’s not my case.

Yes, same same. In the past I had td and NTD diet as well. TD high carbs NTD high fat. Unsuccessful. Now high carbs everyday. My body loves it and I m not made for high fats diet. Always being coaches just to let you know… there is not a way that fit everyone.

Me too I prefer how my body feels. Then yes it’s even practical for meal prep. My actual coach give me my diet so it wasn’t a personal choice or preference… but my body feels much much better with this. Defo I wouldn’t come back to the precedent method. Try! to me every approach can be potentially good just need to find out what works better. Here mostly have a TD and NTD diet and the macros planner on the app works your macros in that way too. So you should be an outlier ahah_________________________________________

Why your adherence is affected? I don’t think that one or another is magic or superior. Imo you can get great results from both. My coach brings Athletes to the Olympia… so same diet every day is seems that building great results too. I had others coach same diet except the post workout meal was changing… I m not attached to one way or another.@jkelly.ross
