Hi kamara, why is this for the mk677? She’s managing recover well from training it’s just we’ve hit a plato with her weight and look. I’ve thought about adding some calorie dense foods such as cream into shakes but it can’t be the healthiest option.
You can add coconut oil, almond butter and so many tasty flavours around, dark chocolate, add dense food as salmon etc… slowly add some calories. Fats are easy to include. I wouldn’t suggest mk677 or something else because you can do “naturally”. Or is it the case to cut and then add back calories and go up slowly? Is she under stress?

I would try if you can digest. Definitely I think that jp COR in a shake with almond milk or coconut milk or a jp whey is a yummy match!! The cor is almost powder so to me can work well. I enjoy it so much I wouldn’t personally drink it in 5 sec I prefer to eat with a spoon and cook a little. It’s take less than 2 minutes by microwave (It’s not cooking literally ahah).

Rest day. Checkin scale up obsly are all gains ahah. I like how I look tbh seems I got some muscles here and there. No spaghetti legs anymore?! ?❤ get some nice shapely body ✌? I have some unexpected traps tho… uhmmmm but this ?!!?!?
So it wasn’t a boring one, because much needed to “chill” a lil! Destroyed but satisfied.
Lpf, posing and cardio, meal prep, instagramming and food shopping this late afternoon. My eve walk listening to music…my cns is exploding and no way I could listen to some podcast… you know… like no brain just ghosting
I look forward to my booty hams and back day tomorrow or it is the other way around…back, booty and hams at this rota ??

Steady and slowly. You got 5 months. Go with phases, going back to the gym will increase output sooo you will need to assess then. You can start a deficit, then having diet break maintenance or refeed etc. Mini cut are aggressive and short. To me not adapted to your goals and timeline rn. Seems you rebound as well. So IMO better the slowly and surely approach. It should be a lifestyle more than an holidays diet! Nah?
Keep your intensity high as much as possible in your training, be active… I don’t know your activity level job etc.. maybe add some little cardio but still depends. Diet idea get inspired by Athletes diet and include food that you enjoy as well. Keep it simple. There is macro planner on the app start with it and adjust from there.@jkelly.ross

MemberJanuary 24, 2021 at 12:09 pm in reply to: what else do you enjoy except bodybuilding?I loved boxing a lot. I don’t think that I could optimally do bodybuilding and boxing. Average in both maybe. I think that better to be focused obsessed with one only to obtain better results. I truly enjoy low pressure fitness which is my main other job and passion, with a mix pilates & yoga To me they are a good fit with bodybuilding and they can be beneficial to it.
You can go back with boxing if you can manage both in terms of recovery, time etc… if you want to do for fun! I would think about my priorities tho!

Yes, make sense. How many steps you are doing before you get sick? Going back to the number make sense. Keep your rest diet if you don’t train. How you look now? How much is your body weight? Etc… you lost weight with covid? You don’t train at all right now because you are still feeling sick?

It is an investment if you find a GOOD one. You can improve your food budget with what you really “need” and take off the not essential things. So you will save. You will achieve your body health goals quickly without wasting too much time. You have accountability. Etc… you will have a better time management etc… however you should have a good connection and communication, get along well. IMO very important. So I would suggest to try sometimes before to commit a full package. You can do something great by yourself too if you are knowledgeable and you are willing to learn. ps: why not to get in touch just to have a chat with the potential one, a good one will understand your concerns about budget etc…
