Which veggies are you eating? For example myself I can not digest broccoli, curl kale, celery and other vegetables.  So currently i have 50g spinach and 250gr greens beans (cooked weight, dispatched in 3meals) I could asparagus,  black kale and zucchini eventually too. Some vegetables are difficult to digest and can cause bloating.  For some people better no raw veggies and need to be well cooked… really depend.  I don’t eat oats just COR and white rice as carbs. oats is not the easy to digest so I don’t have it in my diet.
Btw general recommendation for most people is 10-15g of fiber per 1,000 calories. Women around 20-25g and men around 30-40g is a good amount to reap the fiber health benefits.

Yes, you can try to switch some oats pasta etc with some white rice. There is not gluten and no much fiber so it’s easier for your digestive system. Should improve.

Happy birthday! One meal off is not going to ruin your progress. It’s your birthday and it’s once a year. You should do what makes you happy really. If you like to “make up” a little or/and schedule a training day after do it. Or just enjoy your off plan meal and keep going normally. You are not prepping for a show, and apparently you don’t have a deadline… many advice against the make up thing from a food relationship standpoint!

Put the cut potatoes in a bowl with some cold water and leave it for about 30 minutes and then as Jimmy suggested the thin cut and the oil is the crispy secret… online chips are made in air fryer and photoshop ahah!

Thank you for sharing! Imo if I feel inflamed I would be incline to switch oats with another carbs source first to see. Then corn flakes gluten free. Oats gluten free why not? (even if naturally gluten free maybe could be contaminated in the factory …just to make sure and maximize absorption!).  Pasta gluten free too. But yeah better if @hilly can give his advice on this ??
Personally I don’t think that an increase of protein from a not main protein source can cause inflammation.  Hopefully we can help you out on this!!

Rest day and usual daily routine. Some potential projects and moves 2021. Need some pro and perso growth either than muscles blabla. Very important the personal ONE.

Btw I can say that 5-HTP was playing a weird game in my mind, same as melatonin few years ago… hopefully I stopped it and I m feeling well since. Omg it was awful.

New exercise added in my LPF routine and push tmrw.

You could get potentially get inflamed by the gluten in pasta also. I would not count the protein content from a not main protein sources. Maybe there is something else that you don’t digest easily and trigger inflammation?
    can you share your diet?
non direct protein where are coming from? just from the potential switch rice>pasta?

The sunflowers seed is for the poly content?.. not common to see on a diet specially the butter.

Are there other reasons? (Like ahah i just enjoy it) … thank you! X
